Love the new Kia Forte!!

Love the new look. Very comfortable inside, gas mileage is outstanding, handles well and is quiet. Had it for over 3 weeks averaging well over 30 miles to the gallon.

Great first car or Short commuting

The car is very roomy for the size. The CVT transmission is very quiet but isn't as responsive as compared to an automatic transmission. It has sport mode which helps get through congested areas up to 35mph, after that, it doesn't make much difference. Being that it has a lower amount of horsepower and tourque you won't be winning any races anytime soon, but that's not what this car is about. It is an economical decent looking car. Make sure to get the upgraded audio system if you enjoy music the factory one is pretty bland. The weather performance is exceptional, having been driving through a blizzard and still able to have enough grip to control the car was a great thing. The fact that this is a light car makes it pretty rough in bad roads, if you are used to heavy cars that float across bumps than it can seem very different. It is great on gas and the insurance was better priced than my used one I replaced it with. Overall I would recommend to someone who is on a budget and needs a decent looking commuter car that is cheap to own.

Impressed So Far!

I am one month in and completely in love with my 2019 Kia Forte FE. The body style is sleek and sporty-looking (especially in the color I chose (white)), the interior is comfortable and easy to keep clean, and the gas mileage is unbeatable. I do have a few minor complaints: I’m not getting a large enough circumference of light out of my headlights; meaning, in poorly lit areas, I’m having some issues seeing street signs (or anything else) off to my left and right as I’m approaching them. I hadn’t experienced this issue in my previous vehicle. My other minor complaint is related to the Apple Car Play feature. It doesn’t seem to want to play the standard car radio while my phone is plugged in and will keep switching back to my phone’s music application instead. This is most likely a user-error on my part, but I haven’t figured it out yet. Overall, I’m satisfied and couldn’t really be happier with this car.

Most technologically equipped car I've owned.

I purchased the LX. This car is packed with features and it's not even the top trim level! It boasts a CVT transmission, back-up camera, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, semi-autonomous lane keep assist, brake assist, traction control, 3 drive mode settings and more. It's a very comfortable ride with bucket seats that hug you while the sports tuned drive mode hugs the road (good to know if you're a spirited driver).
