Economical car but well equipped

good car for the money. Not a luxury car but it does have some good features. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable car at a good price.

Best value in a compact car

The Kia Forte GT represents the best overall value in a compact sport sedan. Performance is on par with, or exceeds, other cars in its class, and offers more safety features for a lower price tag. Kia has reached a level of refinement that makes it a solid contender in today's market.

Best Bang for the Buck!

Love my new Forte. Manual transmission. INCREDIBLE GAS MILEAGE!!! 48 MPG highway, 35 in town. Tons of features. Handles great. A little rough on bumpy roads, but overall a great car

Excellent value and performance

I bought the GT Manual version. 1.6l turbo. This was less expensive and had more features than many of it's rivals in the compact sedan class. More roomy and great storage all around. With 18" wheels, low to the ground it sticks to the road like glue. Plenty of punch when you need it giving you the confidence to overtake quickly and safely. I travel an average of 40 miles a day and have yet to see this car get less than 35mpg and that's mixed, town and highway. Great Infotainment system and connectivity. Android auto works flawlessly. 1300 miles and counting. My wife loves this car and mileage so much ...she steals it to drive for fun and save gas money. Why get a hybrid at 40mpg when you can enjoy a car that weighs 2700lbs and has a turbo getting 35/36 mixed mpg.

2020 Kia Forte Transmission Issues

After two months of having my brand new 2020 Kia Forte i was driving on the thruway and the transmission completely gave out. The car did not even have 2,000 miles on it and it gave out while going 70 mph. The dealership said their was no way it was the transmission and it turned out that they had to put a new one in and i didn't get my car back for two months.

Good value for money

Had it since October 2019. With the COVID pandemic, mostly driven around town, Get 40 to 45 MPG even in a built-up area. Stylish exterior and comfortable, roomy cabin. Quiet but do feel the potholes a bit. The trunk is so large I fitted an extra piece of non-slip rug to stop items from slipping to the back which is a long stretch for short arms but great for large loads. Overall, very pleased with the car.

Fouth Kia

The pickup is much better than expected. It is a comfortable , but simple. Corners very nicely. Very fun to drive. The dash design is straightforward and controls easy. The gas millage both city and highway, made it a good alternative to a hybrid.
