2016 Kia Sorento consumer reviews

A well designed SUV with excellent performance, mileage, style and comfort. This is my third Sorento in six years and I find it unmatched in its class for my needs. I use it for long commutes and I find the seats to be very comfortable with good back support. The interior electronics is very user friendly and easy to use, even for a technically challenged person like me.

I bought this 2016 Kia Sorento back in 2015 when it just came to the market. After that, there's been a lot of AC problems. First, the AC smelled like old car with low freon that made us, especially my kids vomit so we went to the dealership's service department and they it was the air filter and it's not covered so we paid $90 to change it. BUT the problem wasn't solved. It's smelled the same. We changed the filter again. This condition kept going on till 2 month ago, we were on the highway and heard a cracking then hissing sound, the next thing was AC shooting out HOT air. Again, went to the dealership, this time they said there was a rock hit my AC condenser. We were told it cost $900. Really? After we got it fixed, AC was good for about 1 month then the stinky smell came out again! We love this car but the AC problem is unbearable!

We just moved from Washington to Arizona and bought this car to tow a 12 foot uhaul trailer and to be our future family car. We love everything about it. Seriously! It's an amazing car with lots of room and power, plenty of bells and whistles (even on the base model), and it looks great too. It did a great job on our trip, and was super comfortable the whole ride.

It's good but four cylinders version is heavy and it has a high gas consumption even higher than six cylinders version, even though I recommend this SUV

Remember, you get what you pay for. Lower cost, no upgrades, can't compare to an upgraded vehicle, from inside, to the outside, there is a difference, get better. The one compliment that I have, the radio is the clearest, I have ever heard.

This vehicle has plenty of room, is very comfortable and gets better gas mileage than expected. It is the first KIA we have ever owned but it will certainly not be the last!

I bought this SUV in 10/2015 and the buying process was smooth and convenient. I would absolutely consider buying from Monroeville Kia again.

I've owned lexus vehicles over the years and as i was shopping around the prices were getting more beyond my means. The i found kia sorento sxl with all that i wanted with a considerable savings of ten thousand dollars less.

I love all the bells and whistles it met all my needs and was cheaper than my lexus. The dealership treated us with the utmost respect ans informed us on every aspect to my car buying experience.

It was a nice SUV, drove well, rode well, the only thing wrong with it was, the room, or lack there was of the inside. The Hundai is much more roomy (the seats were larger) thank the Kia Sorrento. But still a great SUV too.
