Front brake pad went out at 17,000 miles not good

I purchased a used Sorento with 16,000 miles and the Koons all point inspection on it in September and in November at 17,000 miles I had to replace a faulty brake rotor and pad, very expensive.  The brake mechanic had never seen this happen on vehicle with such low mileage.  Makes me wonder what will go wrong next, not a good feeling.  Koons wanted me to drive a car that would not move or pay close to $500 in towing to get it to them so I can pay them for the pleasure of having them repair it.  Sales team was a very nice crew but Kia is not Toyota in reliability or service.

Best car I’ve Driven!

I have leased the Kia Sorento 17 for 3 years, and now have bought it! I have had the Sedona as well and loved it but now down sized to the SUV with 4 wheel and love it!!! Was going to trade it in on a new lease but it still has everything I want in a vehicle and the right price with all the bells and whistles. I couldn’t part with it!

Best harp moving vehicle

My wife an I have never been about having luxury vehicles with all the bells and whistles, and instead focus on the vehicle's purpose. My wife is a harpist and lost her 2013 Prius V in a car accident. It was difficult finding a vehicle to move her concert grand harp, one that was not to small or too big with excessive space. The 2017 Kia Sorento is the perfect size. It has a bit more space than the Prius V with the right interior width and the rear hatch door has the clears the height of the harp. It feels like a compact car while driving, it handles like a well balanced SUV, and the milage doors not drain the wallet. Great harp moving vehicle overall!

A really awesome vehicle for the money

This little SUV is amazing in its versatility and comfort. Exceptionally smooth ride and great road handling. The V6 is very strong and reliable. I tow a small trailer with ease. Awd performs well. 50K on it so far and no concerns. My family really enjoys this vehicle.
