Very reliable vehicle

This vehicle has met my expectations so far. Gets great gas milage and has a very comfortable ride. Pricing for this vehicle was also in an affordable range.

New Car, wanted reliability not getting it.

Car has 11,000 miles had for over 1 year and now it is having problems. Makes loud noise like you ran over something, but nothing in the road. First time the engine RPM went to over 4000, like an old manual transmission in the wrong gear. Took to dealer can't fix - No CODE Happened again this time all the light about front end collision system needed checking, Will see what happen when I take back to the dealer this time.

Would not buy anything but a KIA

Purchased my first KIA Sorento in 2013. I used to be a Toyota person. In 2017 went in for a scheduled oil change and saw a little RED Nero. Too cute to pass up. In 2020 went in for a scheduled oil change on the Nero. Missed my bigger Sorento and my salesperson made me a deal I could not pass up. Never have to do anything on my KIA's other than get oil changes and tire rotations. Never had any service issues.

Great safety features and drive modes

When I was searching for a new SUV, Kia kept coming up as most reliable and highest and safety awards. I was trying to wait for the 2021 Sorrento, but I had to get a new car before they were on the lights. So I have the 2020 Sorrento EX. This car is a kick to drive. It has a comfort move that I used most of the time. And bit the last couple weeks I tried the sport mode and now I just leave it in the smart mode because it kicks into the different modes depending on the driving needs at that moment. Is every day when I look at this car, it’s prettier and prettier. It’s sporty looking and it has black wheels, it’s almost a nightfall edition even though there is no nightfall edition on the Sorrento‘s for the 2020. Because everything is not all chrome all over, it’s black as well. The car drives so smooth. Large Cargo area. Very nice seat material. But I had a chance to test drive the 2021 Sorrento SX Prestige. That is the car. 2021 Sorento is the one to buy now.

3RD Sorrento I have owned

The car has been great. The last one was the Sport vehicle, and the current one is not. I will be getting the Sport selection on my next one. The Sport has more additions and will be going back to it.

Great vehicle

We've only owned this vehicle a couple of days but I did a lot of online research prior to purchasing on the vehicle AND the dealership, Coughlin Cars. I can say that the experience with both has been excellent!

Having issues already

Am a little disappointed. Passengers belt indicator apparently doesn’t work and from time to time the other doors don’t unlock unless I manually do it from drivers door panel

So. Maybe I should have left this 2020 behind

2020 was a bad year and this vehicle is right behind it! Paint is soft. Pillow soft so scratches galore. Cheap parts such as door hinges so mine broke when it was windy and had to get that repaired out of pocket. Leaks seem to be a problem with the ac and wiper jets. Gas mileage has drop significantly since owning. Currently loss about 50 mpg off a full fill up. I can add more but I hope you get the point and skip this model year!

Worst new reliable car. With terrible warranty.

6k miles started giving problems. What a joke. No one claims responsibility. The dealer says it’s KUMHO tire problem. KUMHO says the dealer has to send the report. And the dealer don’t want to. So I’m stuck.
