2021 Kia Sorento consumer reviews

This has met all my needs , actually has exceeded them. From the style, looks, interior size, fuel economy and handling. Road trip to SC with no issues and excellent ride.

Car meets all of my needs and more. Very satisfied with the 2021 Kia Sorento. All the news devices and apps are just what I was looking for.

This is my daily driver, but it might be my favorite car. So comfortable and smooth. I love that it has a traditional automatic transmission. CVT’s leave much to be desired, and dual clutches overheat when in deep snow or offroad. Another little thing I love: when you turn the sun visor to the side, it actually provides shade to your whole face and eyes. Almost no other cars get this right. It’s kind of important in the winter when the sun angle is from the side.

This is the second Serento I have had. Sold the first to my son. It is a great car even after 10000 miles. Bought both at Classic Kia in Beaumont. They also have a great service department.

My new Kia 2021 Sorrento has wonderful exterior and interior design. I have a 2020 Cadillac and my new Kia is nicer than that.If you have not shopped for the new key is I would highly recommend Shawnee Mission Kia not only for their sales staff but for the beauty of the new Kia’s.

The SUV thats just right for a person who likes adventures and also has all the features of a luxury suv. And i love the new tech features for safety and entertainment

Love the exterior style. Love the interior style. The upgraded stereo system is awesome. Vehicle came with so many new and improved electronic features. Safety features are top notch.

Great looking SUV. Mine was only good for a day before all the safety equipment failed and all the dash lights are on the dash saying nothing is working. Even the brake pedal shakes really hard on your foot. Sounds like the engine is coming through the dash when braking.

This car is fun to drive with the V4 Turbo. I love the interior. I like all the driver assistance technology. With the third row collapsing you get nice cargo space.

My criteria was as follows: • Good suspension that offers a smooth ride and would not beat up my back • Heated front seats • Leather seats • All wheel drive • Exterior color had to be blue or black • Interior color had to be black • 2nd or 3rd row folding seats (Must not be a minivan) • Back Up camera • Sunroof • Under 10,000 miles • Good factory warranty I got everything I required for my new vehicle purchase. The Sorento was just a hair over my budget and there were a few things I liked about certain trim levels, and things I didn’t like about the other trim levels. I am still disappointed that I couldn’t get the 2nd row bench seat instead of the captain chairs in the SX trim level. Then again, I am probably the only person I know that considered her dogs while shopping for a vehicle. I want the “kids” to have plenty of room in the back and for it to lay flat. Considering I was already at the dealership, I figured I would take a Sorento for a test drive. The ride was soooo smooth. I drove over railroad tracks and my back didn’t hurt. Running over potholes didn’t hurt either. The safety features were amazing. Way more than I was looking for. The suspension had me sold. I tried to custom build my Kia Sorento and order it exactly the way I wanted it, but, alas! I would have purchased the SX Prestige, but the only way to get it in the Sapphire Blue was to get Front wheel drive. All wheel drive was so important, that I sacrificed a few other features I would have gotten with the Prestige trim level. My perfect Sorento build would have been to make the following adjustments to the SX Prestige options, Sapphire Blue on the AWD option, replace the 2nd Row Captain’s Chairs with an all leather bench seat that laid flush with the 3rd row and cargo area when folded down so there would not be a break in the seats and my dogs could use the entire cargo area when traveling with me.
