Nice surprise

We had a 5 year old truck it was necessary to tow our RV. We sold the trailer and wondered why I needed such a big truck anymore. We sold/ traded it into Autonation in Phoenix. We received enough in trade in to pay for the Sportage we noticed while looking at a Soul. Beautiful is all I can say it drives like a luxury car, turns on a dime and is very comfortable. I have never been more impressed in my life

My wife’s favorite car she’s owned

The Sportage is top quality, fully featured as much as cars that cost 10-20k more. Good gas mileage and top safety features! Smooth ride and great pricing

Excellent car, far more peppy than I expected

This car pleasantly, positively surprised us. First, with the engine. The higher trim version we bought comes with the turbocharged engine, same as used in the Optima sedan in its high trim level; This car has excellent pickup with that engine, I strongly recommend it....around 260hp, I think. Check the specs for the high end engine. I also find the interior control layout excellent. Kia engineers included both physical buttons for just about all functions, and also those could be done via the touchscreen...so if you like physical buttons, they have you covered with intuitive, simple controls. If you like to do things via the touchscreen, great, you can do that instead. In fact, you can customize your own "home" screen with just the controls you use the most. The level of customization of controls is quite good. I found interior noise levels low. The car has excellent maneuverability for parking and such. The driver can have a nicely elevated view of the road. The headlights at night are extremely bright, and put out a very good view pattern. This car continues to impress us with very high features on cars costing tens of thousands more. We are quite pleased with the purchase. At the time of this review, there is only 6000 miles on the car, so I can't speak to long term reliability. We've had no issues since we purchased it.

Very reliable and reasonably priced

More bang for your bucks! We have purchased 7 KIA vehicles and I would not hesitate to purchase another one when time comes to trade. Every member of the family drives one!

An amazing car

I went in originally to replace my Sorento with another used Sorento. Ended up with a brand new Sportage instead. I love it. It’s quiet, reliable, and very safe. Plenty of room without being lumbering.
