So FUN for a great price
I bought a Kia Stinger a couple months ago and love it. If you can't quite afford a Maserati but want to feel just as special when your driving this is the car for you. Great power if you need it but also can get good gas mileage when using the eco mode. Sleek body design and even the base model comes with several perks that you usually don't get without paying for a higher package. I have owned Kia's for several years and know reliability is of no concern. I am a very happy camper. Life is good!

Traded in BMW 4 series for Stinger GT
It's so fast and fun! The ride and interior comfort tops the BMW. I absolutely love driving it! The only drawback is that doesn't handle quite as well.

Some issues showing at 20k miles
Love the car to start with First issue and biggest at the moment is that I have had 3 sets of front brake rotors put on this car under warranty due to warping issues These have been replaced under warranty every 5-6k miles Set an appt w dealer 12/17 for radio and asked if they had new rotors in stock for car since this is an ongoing issue for all stingers with the Brembo brake package I was told by a service writer that most likely rotors would NOT be covered under warranty since it has 20k miles- these rotors lasted 5800 miles! We shall see about that and I’ll update Car is going to dealer on 12/18/18 for new radio warranty as it would go black screen and unresponsive Also it would shift speakers to the rear whenever it felt like As of today I am started to get a whine/loud noise when I turn sharp right at slow speed Very noticeable w back seats down Sound like wheel bearing or diffferential having issues

2018 Yellow Stinger plant issues.
Purchase the 2018 yellow Stinger back in May immediately started noticing chipping of the paint couple months later got recall letter from Kia telling me that they would repaint the car. Took two months to get it repainted and never been the same as before. Quality of the paint job is horrible still dealing with Kia Motors on that issue. I have had the worst customer experience with Kia Motors executive satisfaction team. The issues that I've had with Kia Motors are the following. They keep passing my case from case manager 2 case manager, no follow-up, long lapse of time in between communication, they keep repeating themselves over and over, no communication between corporate staff and local dealership. I have been dealing with this issue for 6 months now. Not a happy camper. Love the car hate the BS that's come with it.

My 2018 Kia Stinger Nearly Exploded
Less than 3 weeks into the leasing of my new blue Stinger...not the GT... it had a major loss of power while doing 80 MPH, white smoke coming out of exhaust pipes and terrible smell. I nearly crashed but managed to get it to the side of the road. It was towed to dealership after that. Subsequently it has been in the shop for over a week now ...3100 miles is all it has on it! The longer I wait for the repair the more upset I am becoming. I will look to have the car replaced. I LOVED it and think I got a factory defective vehicle.

Fun Touring Car
This car was really comfortable and the v6 twin turbo on the rwd version was a blast. Cheaper than most competition. I wouldn't make it a track car but a fantastic parent mobile if you want to do burn outs at the bus stop

"There's a New Sheriff in Town"
I've owned numerous German cars throughout my life; from VW Jetta diesel rabbit, golf, GLI, to Audi S4, VW Tourag V8, BMW 325i, 530i, and a Porsche 911 Turbo. Other than the Porsche turbo, the Stinger GT2 is the best, most exciting car I've owned, regardless of price!
