Handles extremely well!
I have already driven about 800 miles. I love my new Mazda3. Can't imagine that I waited this long to buy a Mazda!

Great car
My wife owns a Mazda 3 (2011) and i wanted to see how the new ones looked and drove so i went and checked one out. I fell in love and the price point was exactly where i wanted to be. I ended up buying a 2017 and it is a fantastic car! Im about 6' and 300 pounds and it's roomy enough for me. I love it.

Best Car Ever!
I absolutely love this car, you can go from driving slow with the kids to being alone and hitting the sports button and zooming to the places you need to go. Very comfortable but stylish at the same time .

Fun to drive compact car
I recently bought a Mazda 3 sport manual transmission car to use as my commuter car. My other car is a minivan so this thing drives like a dream! I test drove several honda models and hands down I preferred the mazda in almost every aspect. The only review I can't comment on yet is reliability. I hope to have this car for 15 years. I upgraded to the popular equipment package to get the alloy wheels and better safety features such as blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert. I must say after several rainy days, I don't know how I lived without rain-sensing windshield wipers. The interior looks expensive, is very comfortable and the controls are well placed and easy to use. This is my first car with a screen. Our local dealership offers tech Tuesdays and I'll be taking advantage of that! I think the mazda handles great, hugs the road and shifts beautifully. It may not be the most powerful car in it's group but this little car is no slouch and blast to drive. I am averaging 33 mpg combined, with mostly city driving after a week of owning the car. I have no doubt I'll get well over 40 mpg on the highway. This car fits my needs perfectly and for the price the quality can't be beat! I love my new Mazda3!

One Month Review
One month into driving my 2017 Mazda3 Hatchback, and I have to say that it is a very enjoyable car to drive, very responsive, and undeniably good looking. After a long period of ownership, I will update my review.

Thoughtfull, intuitive controls and safety feature
The interior of the car is much, much nicer than you would expect for the price. High quality materials used throughout. Great gas mileage and good acceleration. Very easy, fun car to drive. Can't comment on reliability as haven't owned it long enough

2.5 Hatchback
Originally wanted to look at the Touring Sport, but read reviews, watched hours of video and went to the local showroom. Saw the sedan and then next to it was something I never would have considered -- the hatchback! The style was incredible. So I took the sedan for a test drive and then came back to scheduled a drive in the Grand Touring and of course the hatchback. Got in the hatchback first and my decision was made! We spent the next few hours making arrangements to order the 2.5 in the color and the exact specs I wanted. I won't consider any other make. Coming from a long line of Nissan's, the Mazda is incredible. Rides like my 17 year old Sentra did, smooth and hugs the road. Some of the features took getting used to but now I'm in love!!!!! I wish I had researched this vehicle sooner. For the first time in a long while, I look forward to having to get in the vehicle and drive somewhere. The comfort, the control, the safety is far beyond what I would have hoped for and frankly just didn't trust the reviews. I'm a full believer and fan of Mazda and most especially my 2.5 Touring hatchback :) I

I love it.
I've had my Mazda 3 for a month now. I absolutely love it. It is so much fun to drive. We took it on a 1,000 mile road trip last week, and it was very comfortable to travel in. The only thing I'm a little disappointed with is the sound system. We got the grand touring model, with the Bose speakers, etc. The sound is ok, but it is not great. Not nearly as rich and full as I was expecting. Other than that, I have no complaints, just compliments.
