Tellin' it like it is
Back in February, we were looking to buy a Mercedes and we felt the '05 c230 was the best first time option for us. We had to choose between buying a new lesser quality car or a pre-owned. We settled for the MB but with that element of doubt that comes with buying a car that others drove and cared for. When I looked at some of the comments @ Cars.com, they were quite frank and spoke highly of the MB 05 Kompressor. What I saw helped me to decide and I promised that if the car lived up to my expectations, I would come back and post a comment. If the reader is in the same position like I was, let me tell you, my car is great! It's small, I would say for a couple maybe with a couple of small kids but it's very fast for a 4-cylinder turbo, it's quite stable cornering, and has great looks! The MB design is practical, sporty and yet simple. The only negatives r that there is no MP3 connection and even though there are phone wiring and buttons, it costs about $1.5K I was told to have it connected. The trunk space is quite good for a small car and when you lift the hood, you can't help but like what you see. The sound system, either radio or CD (with 6-CD Changer) is great. So, if you r wavering, and the mileage is not too high, go for it, you would almost certainly not regret it. So, I fulfilled my promise to lend a hand to anyone trying to decide, like I was three months ago. Drive well and enjoy! T. in the sun.

I Love my Kompressor Sport!
This car is one of the best I have ever owned. It handles as good as it looks. Love the styling, handling, and ease of maintenance. Came with all the features I needed and then some. Still looks as good as the day I drove it out of the showroom.
