Comfort, Style, Luxury

From the first drive the way this car holds the road and handles is exceptional. Through the Colorado mountains and on the plains the Mercedes luxury is evident. When the roads are snow packed or icy you simply have to prepare for hills, intersections and turns cautiously but we have never slid or had to "recover" stability. We feel safe and secure in this Benz. Don't be fooled by other "high end" cars if you are looking for a wonderful ride.,.... buy it.

'08 Benz C300 AWD (latest body style)

Purchased used in April '10. 16k miles and full warrenty until '12. Drove the Nissan G, BMW 3 , Acura TL ('09 new body style). Benz's reliability has been in question the last few years, hopefully with this new gen, this will not be a concern. My decision was based upon style, size and comfort of ride. Benz was the hands down winner. OK, it is not as "sporty" as the BMW or Nissan G, but WOW... it is a looker! Elegant and comfortable. The AWD works well in the rain but is FANTASTIC in the snow! Besides, BMW's are yesterdays news.

C300 Breaks Alot

I had this car from brand new. This car broke so many times. It was always covered but I was scared once the warentee expired it might cost a fortune to keep. Works great going 90 miles per hour in a rain storm!

Mercedes Convert

I'm a former 3 time BMW ownwer. Our family is now down to one BMW, my wife's 528i. I recently sold my daughter's 86 325es for a 24k miles lease returned Mars Red 2008 C350. The car came fully equipped P2, Nav, Panoramic roof, the car is a stunner. Recently drove the car over 800 miles down to NC and the car performed flawlessly. Avg 21 mpg city and 27-28 mpg hwy. Car steers and tracked true on the Hwy. Nav took us everywhere we needed to go without a hitch. Command 5.1 Logic 7 surround is a well executed system. Very solid, quiet driving experience. The true value to me and my daughter (it's her car) was buying this car for almost half of the MSRP list. <P.S.> As a BMW fan I debated on whether to get C300 AWD or C350. I chose the 350 because of more power and higher level of euipment. Both have the the same driving aids ESP...etc, but I figured come winter I will put on a good set of snow tires and she will be o.k. If the snow gets too bad she would need to park the car anyway. She and I both really enjoy driving the car, hope your driving experience is as great as ours have been thus far.

2008 C350 Bought Used

I lusted after the great styling the 350 offered, and decided that maybe it was time to replace my 10 year old C230. The 350 I found has the P1 and P2 package, with the panoramic sunroof included. Have to admit my heart races just a little when I walk up to my new car. Handling is phenominal, partially because of the AMG wheels. Acceleration is great, getting you out of (and sometimes into) tight spots on busy interstate lanes that suddenly come to a halt for no apparent reason. Having the integrated telephone in the speaker system is also a nice touch, allowing final business calls on the commute home. The cornering lights that illuminate the right or left at low speeds are a nice feature, but I can't see the value of the headlight washers that came on the car. Really? Headlight washers? Of course now my complaints about brake dust have shifted from the front wheels of my old C class to the rear wheels of the new car. The interior space is tight, with no real storage available like in the old C class, but hey, its a sports car. Best feature of all? Heated seats!

Average Car

I leased the car for 2 years and had several major problems with it. The engine light came on the third day. It took the dealer three days to fix it. Next was the transmission light. The replaced it six months later. If you want to go for look, it's a good looking car. If you want quality and reliability consider other cars. I won't buy another German car. They are overrated.

Terrible Seats!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED

The seats were the most uncomfortable i have ever sat in.Could not find a comfortable driving position.Passengers in the back complained too. When designing seats, that should be priority not secondary.Bought a saab 9-3 aero convertible.Best seats in the business!!On a positive note.Great styling, smooth n quiet engine, although it felt a bit under powered.

Best looking in its class

Second MB. Love the looks ,handling and design. Though the BMW rates higher onracetracks and putting through paces, I'll take this vehicle over 3 series for around town any day.

Spectacular Vehicle

Fantastic performance and handling in one of the safest vehicles on the road! What a fantastic car in the mountains and snow! I didn't think that my 2003 C320 4-matic could be beat for the money, but this one does! My '03 has been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned (and I've owned over 80) with nothing more than one brake job, 2 sets of tires and 4 light bulbs in 79,000 miles! This one looks like it will do the same! Note that service intervals are every 13,000 miles or 1 year, and cost about $225 for the 1st, 3rd, etc. year, while every other year they are a little more than double that since they replace all the filters! If you intend to keep the car a long time, note that it does not have a timing belt setup that will cost over $1,000 to replace at 100,000 miles like the Japanese competition! For about $36,000 with some options, you can't beat it!
