Cheap interior finishes

This car has vinyl seats that are notorious for splitting at the seams on seats. The volume control button on steering wheel is a plastic sticker that is peeling off & will cost $600 to repair. Plastic ?wood ? grain trim gas faded , leaving white spots throughout. Lacks many features that my 1998 E320 had.

Best drive out there

This car has such a smooth drive. The interior is beautiful. So smooth and comfortable. Great for long drives. Leg room is great in the front and back. This car is not just nice for the driver but the passengers as well.

Excellent German Built Car

The ride in this car is smooth. The interior leather feels luxurious and expensive as expected. Surprisingly, this car gets pretty decent gas mileage. Would buy another Mercedes

Get Compliments All the Time

Black E550 Coupe. I always get compliments. The latest from a co-worker who said: "it has great lines." Powerful and quick when you need it! 402 bi-turbo.

My FIRST High End Car

The 2013 E-Class is a sleek high end vehicle. I feel safe and secure when driving this car. It has all the bells and whistles as a 2018 model but for less than half the price.

Buying as 2nd car

My wife needs a 2nd vehicle that is great on gas mileage. Currently owns a new Cadillac Escalade & wanted a 2nd car to get around in.

The Most Unreliable car I have owned.

Bought this car new, 2013. Smoke came out of tail pipe 2000 miles out of warranty, at 52000 miles. Mercedes dealer replaced 3 NOX sensors ($2800, my cost) and UREA Tank (Warranty). At 53000 Miles, Smoke again. Dealer replaced Catalytic Converter and mufflers (Warranty). At 54000 miles, smoke again. Oil pant gasket leak, $800 ( my cost). At 55000 miles, oil leak from power steering. Similarly, My colleague at work bought a 350ML in 2013. At 51000 miles, oil cooler leaked. Besides fixing the oil cooler, transmission had to be removed to clean the oil spill. Two weeks later, engine light came on again, requiring NOX sensors replacement. Now his ML is in the shop again, Turbo-Charger Gas Leak. What do we expect in the coming months. Mercedes is a Safe Car, but its reputation as a Reliable Brand does not seem to hold up here, in our opinion.
