The car has a really luxurious and spacious interior with plenty of lighting, technology and storage as well. The exterior of car looks nice and sleek, however nothing really stands out as a wow factor. The reason why I gave reliability a 2 to 3 stars is just based on the charging reliability. I’ve had issues with the car not properly connecting to the stations on multiple occasions with multiple attempts across my area with Electrify America network only. The charges work for other cars, but when I’ve tried to charge using the same station it was giving me an error or Warning to disconnect charging. Brought it to the dealership they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I figured out anytime the car dips below 30% battery that’s when charging becomes a little bit of an inconvenience and hassle to try to get the car to connect properly to the charging stations. I get more range than expected averaging about 360 miles per charge mainly highway traveling. Charging takes about 45 minutes to 50 minutes from 10% to fully charged standpoint. Performance is great, nice smooth acceleration with good handling. Ride quality is good but not as soft as my previously owned GLE due to the car sitting lower.
