Mercury Mariner 2010
It is starting to cost me too much. I had to change the steering enginition switch that cost $400-$500. Now a couple months later losing power... now after reading it my be the throttle...smh.

Most amazing thing
I think it is a great vehicle for the price. I believe the sun roof adds a dynamic feature that only those who enjoy being out in the sun will enjoy.

Not our best car.
We bought this car new. Pampered it, washing it often. Despite that, rustout occurred above rear wheels. Now rust beginning on lip of rear tailgate.

Never buy another Ford product
Bought 2010 Mercury Mariner. Have had 2 throttle bodies replaced! Was driving on highway and lost power with no warning at all. First throttle body was replaced free of charge with recall letter. 13 months later it did it again and I had to pay for it. Unacceptable. Called Ford motor company with no help there. Will never buy another Ford. They know the throttle body is defective.

Never Again
Driver side window etching from guide rail. 55000 miles and 4 sets of rotors, stabilizer links and a 600.00 alternator. Electronic steering assist went bad. Was fixed by dealer but never received a notice. Lift gate resting on bottom very bad. Rear window seal not sealing. Water coming in. This will lead me to not buy another Ford product.

Safetest vehicle driving in the sleet and snow!
This car is a dream in the sleety snowy Berkshires! I love the way it sits high like a truck and there's so much room for the driver and passengers!

Best vehicle I've ever known
I wish they were still being manufactured. Mine is 7 yrs. old. It's been serviced every 5000 miles. So far it's never been in for repairs. Runs like a charm. Great in snow. Fairly good mileage. Body of cat in great shape.

Mercury Mariner
Great vehicle for the money, great for the woods and the winter. The 4 cylinder is a little light, but does a great job overall. Interior space is amazing, and you can fit a lot in there. I would recommend this to anyone with a family or pets.
