One of the best EVs
Out of all the EV SUVs, this is probably one of the better ones. Why? Because it doesn't rely on a huge screen for all the controls. Nissan has 10+ years of EVs with its Leaf. So they know how to build EVs. Even though it was the first generation I was more confident than VW that they would make a good, reliable EV. The car is a lot bigger than it looks inside. As a 6' male, I can sit comfortable in the back seat. The design of the interior is great. It has actual buttons for some of the features. You still have to interact with the screen for most of the functionality, but they do have important ones as mechanical or capacitive buttons with haptic feedback. The open area in the front looks cool, but I don't think it is practical. I would've prefered a bin to store objects instead of an open area. It seems like things can get into the driver side and mess with braking or gas pedal. The trunk is a bit smaller than comparative Gas SUVs of its class. But it's similar to size of its EV counterparts. I got the Empower+ trim which includes hands free autopilot driving, auto-parking, etc. They work well. It also comes with the digital rear-view mirror, which is essential for a car like this since the rear window is small. The ride is comfortable, and it looks great. It is a bit more expensive compared to the other EV SUVs of its class. But I think the quality is better than the other EVs I've seen so I didn't mind paying a bit more for something I feel was better.
My New Nissan Ariya is the best car I have owned!
My New 2023 Nissan Ariya is the best car I have ever owned. I have now driven my Ariya for three weeks, everything works, I did have to spend three days reading the Owners Manual, there are 175 pages of settings, and all the setups I made work as specified. The front and side Visibility is perfect and so is the rear visibility using the rear digital camera, the seats are very comfortable, the ride is great and very quiet. My favorite feature is the Heads Up Display, everything I need to see is projected in big clear graphics onto the windshield. I can't say enough goods things about my new Ariya.
Quiet, comfortable, and loaded with features!
I recently purchased a new Ariya Engage, and I couldn't be happier with it! The car is quiet and comfortable, and offers a lot of features, especially on the Engage trim: heated steering wheel, heated front and rear seats, heads-up display, and a pretty decent sound system. I love the interior lighting at night, which is really beautiful. So far, my range is about 240 miles on a full charge, which exceeds the EPA estimate of 216 miles. I highly recommend the Ariya, especially over some of its rivals, like the BZ4X, Ioniq5, Mustang Mach-E, Kia EV6, and Kia Niro EV. I've driven them all and the Ariya is the best, in my opinion.
Wonderful Electric Vehicle
I have been waiting for the Ariya for a while and it was worth the wait. The battery range is great, drive is smooth, and technology is top tier. I have a Premier in the Northern Lights and the color is amazing. Some times it looks green or purple or blue or black. I have never seen an OEM paint job like this.
best Car Yet!
The ease of handling, comfort of the interior, sound system, electronics, all a pleasure. It can park itself in any spot that’s the right size, charges my phone without a plug or holder, the center console moves to where you want it . The back seats are as comfortable as the front and the trunk is large. I love driving this care.
Well Worth the Wait!
Just picked up my Premier edition the other day and I can only say it was well worth the wait. This car is incredibly smooth, nimble and fun to drive. Nissan incorporated a lot of technology and it is easy to learn and use. Very roomy, quiet, comfortable and stylish inside. The two driving screens are easy to see, manipulate and manage without distracting from the drive. If you can get a model with ProPilot 2.0 it is well worth it. Took like 5 minutes to get the hang of and it drives the car hands free really well. At first I thought the back storage might be too small, but it fit everything I had in my larger previous SUV with room to spare. Great job Nissan!
