Rattled by rattles
The cube has great visibility and great interior space for a car of its small size. I like the continuously variable transmission. It seems to squeeze out the best miles per gallon and the best acceleration out of its small 1.8 liter engine. Today I had to drive across 2 miles of a washboard room. I drove real slow (5mph) to baby it along. Unfortunately, now something under the dash is rattling. The car only has 1,000 miles on it and I paid an extra 3000 dollars for extended warranty, but I doubt the warranty protects against rattles. I expected a car like a Nissan would be built more solid than that. So now what was my love of the car has turned into a strong irritation every time I hear that new rattle.

Very fun
The second I got into the car I fell in love. It is very spacious and goofy. It fits my personality so perfectly. It is the best car on the road.

Cube is Spacious
Bought this new a few weeks ago and so far am happily impressed. The ride is awesome and the room in the front two seats is unbelievable! The view is outstanding from the drivers seat. Only complaint is the reflections at night on drivers and passengers glass. It is a little unnerving at first, but you quickly adjust to it. Wish they would move the armrest up a few inches to give you a little more room. Road noise is only problem when you are over 60 mph. Am loving the 33mpg. The engine is a little underpowered but it will not keep you off the freeway, plenty enough to get you up and going. Just hope it holds up.

Cutest ugly car I have ever owned
When I purchased the Nissan Cube I was trading in a Nissan Murano for a more practical car for daily driving as I am a hospice nurse. The car gets excellent gas mileage and handles exceptionally well even in areas that you would not think a car that sits so low to the ground would be able to go. The back up sensor is nice and allows you to know when something as small as a limb is in the path of the vehicle. The tire pressure monitoring system is wonderful helping to reduce the uneven wear of tires from under inflation. There are just so many good things that I could say about the car and considering I went from a $40,000 car to a $20,000 I do not feel I gave up any of the conveniences except the higher payment. And the compliments and thumbs-up that I receive weekly tell me that I am not the only one who likes the quirky little box. I love my Nissan Cube.

Good Car
I have owned the "Booger" for about 8 months now. I have over 17,000 miles on it. Been good and reliable and a head turner. I use it as a second car but do a lot of driving in it. It can be a little dicey in high winds (over 50mph) but just pay attention to what your doing and you will be fine.
