Not fancy but best truck with 6-sp manual option

Yes the Frontier gets often overlooked because of its aging design. At first, I admit, I did not want to buy another Frontier for this reason. However, I drove the 2016 Chevy Colorado, the GMC Canyon, and the so called redesigned 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I also looked at the latest Honda Ridgeline. My first Frontier Crew Cab 4WD (2005) was hands down, the most reliable vehicle I ever owned. The new 2016 Tacoma seating position is too low (read similar reviews) styling is love it or hate it, vs the Frontier which is conservative but respectable. But go ahead and look at the prices of the competition and you will save between $5-$10k when you give up some of the newest features and with the Frontier and you can get a manual tranny if you want it. I bought a 2016 Frontier CC 4WD 6-speed manual and am still completely happy. It is a real truck with real towing capabilities and not a "car" like the Honda. And I saved thousands of dollars. Shop around and see for yourself.

Some times you need to drive the distance

It was worth driving two hours after researching websites to find this one 2016 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab with the options and excellent condition that I wanted. On top of going to this dealership which was the most friendly, no pressure and answered all my questions. Yes, I am buying this vehicle!! Thanks Elie

Pickup - SUV

I have only had this vehicle since late April but really like it! Initially I was looking for an SUV thinking I would have more room for the grandchildren. My previous vehicle was a 2 seat Dodge Dakota. After looking at the SUV's I decided that I would probably regret not having a pickup truck, so I ended up with the Frontier! It is a comfortable, reasonably priced vehicle that has room for 3 grandchildren in the backseat and a refrigerator in the truck bed! I could not do that with an SUV. It really could be called an SUV with a truck-bed. I am confident that it will hold up like the best car I have ever owned - a 2000 Altima! (I wish I kept that car)

44 years of owning pickup trucks, this is the best

This truck is comfortable, drives excellently, looks great, is rugged, well designed, doesn't rust and has great resale value. This is in forty four years of owning trucks is my favorite. I had a Pro 4X and traded for the top of the line SL with all the options and the six foot bed. I have never heard a complaint from a Frontier owner. A frontier is the best truck to own.

First time Nissan Owner

We love the 2016 Nissan Frontier we purchased, truck feel , car comfort. Big enough flat bed for what is needed to haul. I like the appearance, and the safety features. The only thing Nissan could have put a few more necessary options in as standard since we purchased the vehicle with 12, 000 miles on it we couldn't select options. Dash does not tell you the outside temperature, does not have turn lights on side mirrors, etc. All in all very happy with vehicle as of yet.

Lots of power for a 6 cyclinder engine.

The truck is great. Generous leg room for a dual cab and nice ride (better than my other vehicle-Jeep Compass). I take it everywhere and the Jeep is sidelined.

Great midsized truck

Just bought the truck and so far I can't complain. The truck is powerful when needed but can sip gas if you know how to work the pedals. Cheaper than a tacoma but handles just the same imo. I don't need all the bells and whistles just a great comfortable truck to haul my fishing, and camping gear. Great bang for your buck

Safest and friendly to drive, and economic

This truck is perfect to drive, it offers safety, 4-Wheel Drive for all terrain, run by gasoline not by diesel, which makes it economic, comfortable with the pass-through rear seat of double cabin and 4-doors, bluetooth connection to listen to navigation system and music, audio-books, etc.
