2018 Nissan Frontier consumer reviews

I have had an old nissan truck before, and I loved it. I now own a 2018 Frontier sv with the 4.0 v6. I love this truck, because it rides smooth, and has a lot of power for a mid-size truck. I don’t think I will ever buy a different truck.

This truck meets all my needs and I am very satisfied with everything about it! I like the features and comfort and overall am very pleased with my purchase

I purchased the 2018 Frontier Crew Cab SV 12/2018 and it looks great, drives and handles great. I compared it to the Tacoma & Colorado and it seemed to be the best value for my needs

The truck is perfect size, and functionality. It Has a lot of convenience features. Perfect for work or play. Easy to figure out how to set features.

Got my wife tulips for Valentine's Day, she was feeling bad that she didn't have anything for me, so I asked if I could go buy a truck. She said yes! I got the crew cab version with a peppy 6-cylinder engine. Shopped hard and although the Toyota Tacoma and Honda Ridgeline are more comfortable, this is just fine, a tough little truck for way less money. This kind of vehicle is very popular where I live. I'm in my 70s so I do not need or understand all the digital crap on my wife's Volvo, but I do need a vehicle that can haul around my bicycles and take on road trips. And I wanted to be able to put the grandkids in the back seat. So for a running-around truck, I am very happy. No buyer's remorse -- yet.

This truck meets the needs I need it for has all the bells and whistles. I test drove an off road Toyota and it was not very responsive the Nissan beats it hands down

I had the 2016 Tacoma ext. cab, then was surprisingly blessed with twins, so all of a sudden I needed a crew cab. Since I had just bought a new truck not too long ago, I test drove all the 2018 crew cab mid size trucks... at the end of the day, the value for the Frontier was undeniable. But, now after driving it for 2 months, I've found it to be superior to the Tacoma in many ways: much more solid ride (I think this has to do with the fully boxed frame) , quicker pick up and torque- much better acceleration; much more utilitarian... just feels like a "Truck ".... the Tacoma had better interior design and stereo, but I don't really care about that... but, the Tacoma did get a solid 2-3 mpg better.... nothing wrong with the Tacoma, I just truly enjoy the feel of the Frontier better....

Bought this truck in Feb of 2016 and so it's almost 3 years old. Pro-4x package. Great truck. Rides great, handles well, no problems, perfect size. I've owned Ford trucks, Dodge Ram, Chevy Silverado, and Toyota Tacoma, all good trucks, but overall this is the best truck purchase I have made. My last truck was the Tacoma, and looked hard at them again, but the price and low seating position made me lean toward the Frontier, and I'm glad I did. Great truck.

Love the truck! Have only had about 3 weeks. Ours is the V6 Pro 4X which is a 4x4. We are only getting 15mpg so far. On roadtrip now and at first fill up we only got 16mpg. Was only able to go 234 miles but wasn't completely empty. Filled up and put in 15 1/2 gals. We'll see what next fill up says. But other than that we love it!!

This truck is perfect in size, power, extras, and comes with towing, bed extender, midnight styling and especially the price. The V6 is perfect for the truck and it fits in my garage, unlike the F150 which is way overpriced.
