Bad cat tranny on Rogue 2012

Faulty cat transmission on 2012 Nissan rogue and Nissan covered nothing. Transmission went at 84,000 miles. I took it to a dealership and spent 2 grand for repair and itโ€™s shot at 129,000 miles again!!! Piece of unreliable junk and not backed by Nissan!

I would not buy another Nissan

I had to replace the transmission and now my a/c has to be replaced. Problem with driver door not staying open and door looks when keys are in the ignition.

Such a disappointment ๐Ÿ˜ž

I was excited to purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue for my daughter's Senior High graduation. The car had low mileage and drove well. I researched, but apparently not well enough. Without going into a long drawn out story, let's just say the extended warranty paid for itself for a while, which is the reason I purchased it, but the inconvenience of having to constantly take the car back to the dealer was frustrating to say the least. One annoying issue was the car kept draining batteries, dealership couldn't find the reason, they would do a battery check and just kept saying its a bad battery, so they would replace the batteries, this happened atleast four times in the span of a year. The battery would be replaced, the car would start up without issue for a while, then the issue would begin again. Another major issue, the vehicle started to burn oil, this caused us to have replace oil quite frequently, and of course this happens after the warranty expires. I regret purchasing this vehicle. This has been such a disappointing experience.

Iโ€™ve owned better cars

I liked the to a point rogue I bought it cause I needed a car so I saw this at my Ford & Nissan dealership witch is no longer a Nissan dealer it was clean and sounded good the price was good at the time it even came with a aftermarket trailer hitch I got what i could for me old explorer And found out from the car fax that it was hit in the rear not bad it needed the bumper cover replaced no other damage to it was repaired by the dealer I only owned it for 2 plus years it was just not the car for me and it seamed like it always needed some kinda repair work or it needed something so when I went to trade it in the other dealer ran a car fax and the car was hit so he knocked down the trade in price on the car I said what was replaced on it so I learned a hard lesson on buying a car that was in a accident he went buy the car fax no matter what the damage was so no more Nissans for me seams like they need some kind of work done.

Loved this car!

This was my first ever new car, and I'm sorry to part with it, but I need something with three rows for the family. Was dealer serviced and still runs great!

This car is outstanding

I truly love this car. I amy only selling as I inherited another car. This looks perfect inside and out. Well kept and serviced appropriately. I could rely on the Rogue in any weather including snow performance. The cargo are is versatile and our Saint Bernard and Great Pyrenees, each 125-130lbs. This care is hair free. The interior is superior and looks new.

Most reliable car I've owned

This car has met all of my needs. It has GPS so I can find where I am going. Low miles for a used vehicle. Smaller SUV but with AWD.

Best transitional SUV from car

Really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfortablity of the SUV Rouge! Very solid SUV! Doesn't feel overwhelmingly too big to drive, fits like a glove! The slate blue color on the exterior was also very appealing to us!
