Most well designed vehicle I've ever driven.

I have the Platinum Reserve, it's the most comfortable truck I've ever riden in. I recently drove it on a four hour trip and wasn't achey and sore when I got to my destination. The truck is BIG so I was a little concerned about its maneuverability but with the front/rear sensors, blind spot monitoring and all the cameras giving you a front, rear, and birds eye view, it is super easy to put the truck any where you want it. The Cummins diesel gives you great power and good mileage too. The radio sounds amazing, the GPS is very user friendly, and pairing my phone could not have been easier. The cabin is huge and very comfortable even with 5 adults. The heated and cooled front seats and heated rear seats are wonderful. The two toned interior is beautiful. It looks very high end with its wood grain touches and top stitched leather trim. Don't let its pretty looks fool you. It is built to work. The bed comes lined and set up for a gooseneck hitch, prewired for trailer lights, you even have a regular electrical plug for you power tools. The optional lockable bed boxes give you tons of space for tools and gear. To get a compairitive truck in Chevy, Ford, or Dodge I would have had to spend almost twice what I paid for my Titan XD. I couldn't love my new truck any more and can't think of anything I would change about it.

What a surprise

Cummin's diesel is a surprise in a Nissan. What more if a surprise was the power and heavy duty features with all the bells and whistles, but has the essentials for work and play. I chose this over GM Ford or Dodge trucks, and best deal overall.

What a great truck

Well finally took the plunge and got a Titan XD to replace my 2008 Titan. I purchased a 2016 Titan XD, 4x4, Platinum Reserve. I think Nissan outdid themselves with the Titan XD. The comfort of this truck is 1000% better compared to 2008 Titan. The inside cabin is well defined, and all controls are within easy access & view, and there is plenty of room to accommodate 5 adults. This truck has some serious torque, and when driving it shifts with authority. The ride is excellent & quiet, with the exception of the engine noise (Diesel) which is louder than my gas Titan, something to get used to. So far I am averaging about 15 MPG in the city, and I have not driven any long distance yet on the highway. This truck is big, and it takes a bit to get use to, and the cameras are very handy while parking this truck. One negative side are the street tires this truck came in with, this is a 4x4 truck, and it should have come with at AT style tires. You do get a lot of accessories in this truck. Don't pay MSRP, look and shop around and you should get a great deal. I really like this truck, and I get compliments on the roads. Hopefully it will perform as good or better than my 08 gas Titan.

The worst city driving vehicle I have ever owned

If they would fix the transmission so that it doesn't jirk you when it shift would be a great truck.

Wow, what a great truck!

TITAN XD PLATINUM RESERVE 5.6 L, 4WD. I previously had a 4WD 2008 Nissan XE Crew cab, that I traded to get this truck. I purchased this truck "used", with 6500 miles on it, and with my trade, taxes, title, etc, etc, this truck came out the door right at 35K. MSRP on this truck is 62K, which I think it's crazy! This truck feels and rides heavier than my previous truck, and the transmission shifts with authority. The ride is very quiet and extremely comfortable, and you can feel the raw power of this truck. It seems like the interior is just a tad larger than previous Titans, but the comfort has been improved dramatically. So far I've been able to average about 15.5 MPG with city driving, and unfortunately I do not have any major highway driving to report. My truck has more bells & whistle that I could ever dream off, and some I think for my taste are un-necessary, but one that I think is great to have are the cameras and parking sensors. This truck has a camera in the front, rear and side of the truck, and makes parking into a tight space a breeze. The truck I think is about a foot longer than my previous Titan, and it sits a little higher as well, probably about 3-4 inches higher. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this purchase, and I think Nissan scored big on this truck. I would highly recommend driving one if you are thinking about getting one. One negative if any, is that this great truck came in with street tires, vs. some all terrain, or something other than street tires. Minor & picky on my part because I know most trucks will never see a dirt road. My truck will see dirt roads for sure.

Good truck for the money

Good truck for the money. This is the best available mid size diesel truck on the market. You will not find a better one for this amount of money.

Love my new Titan XD

Great for & finish; the most luxurious truck interior I found. I need a duty grade truck occasionally, but I need this to be my daily ride every day, so a nice interior was important. The Titan I think is the best combo of a nice interior, a quality truck with good bed and towing capacity, and price. Very pleased w my choice.

New owner

I have had the truck for a week and could not be more pleased with the performance. I have owned Ford, Dodge and GMC. I did trade in a 2010 Titan for this new one. Nissan gives you the best bang for your buck of all the trucks. I narrowed my search down to Nissan and GMC but the price and engine made my final decision. I bought his Titan with the Cummins for less than I would a Sierra with a gas engine and the Titan has more comfort and luxury. If I run into any problems I will update but nothing but great so far. Real MPG. 13 CITY and 21.5 HWY.
