Best Mom Car ever!
All I have to say is average 34 mpg! This was the first car I've ever bought and I love it! It may not have a lot of get up and go but that is fine with me! It is a lot more spacious on the inside than it leads on! Definitely a good car for a small family.

Good mileage for commuters
Good size for commuting college student. Enough room for a few friends or gear for a road trip. Gas mileage is great. Slow to accelerate, but keeps up on the interstate.

Great car
I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note back in January and I love it. It's an extremely reliable car, I drive 30 miles one way to work every day and this car never quits. I only fill up once or twice a week so I get amazing gas mileage on it.

Best value for the money
The Versa Note is a great commuter car that has excellent MPG. Excellent car your California freeway commute or for just zipping around town. Plenty of cabin space and leg room for all. Great car at a great price!

Mice Love the CHEAP Firewall
The firewall has a CHEAP outside soy based covering with approx. 3/4 inch flame retardant material behind it. Mice love soy & apparently the flame retardant material. At approx. 22,000 miles a mouse chewed through the CHEAP made firewall getting hung up in the a/c-heater blower motor damaging it. It is NOT covered under the Nissan "warranty" so I fed my local Nissan dealer approx. $600.00 parts & labor to fix it, but they refused to fix the CHEAP firewall. They advised I use a "hot glue gun and glue some fabric over the hole.." TWO months later another mouse chewed a larger hole through the CHEAP made firewall again causing blower motor damage. Mice LOVE anything soy based: like the firewall covering & the soy insulation Nissan chose to use. I bought an aftermarket a/c-heater blower motor @ 50% less than the Nissan motor and replaced it myself without pulling the dash. It took me right @ 3.5 hours. Along the way I tried rodent repellents under the hood & now use an ultrasonic under the hood rodent repeller. The gas cap lever located under dash on the driver's side is CHEAP made & you could accidentally break it very easily. Luckily I have not. Also, the door handles are CHEAP made & we have had the passenger's side rear interior door handle come loose from the cabling, so only way to open the door is from the outside. The automatic transmission at times does not shift into drive til at higher rpm and I question its longevity too. I hope a Nissan rep is reading this. IF a mouse causes damage a third time I am consulting with a product liability attorney !!!!!

Good Commuter Car
The 2015 Nissan Versa Note is a very capable commuter car especially if you have to travel long distances like I do. It has outstanding highway fuel economy. I typically get between 44 to 47 MPG on the highway. I checked before this review and I am averaging 45.5 in highway and city driving. That translates to more than a week before I even have to fuel up again! Make no mistake, this is an economy car. But it is small and easy to handle. It slips in and out of parking spaces with ease and had a very good amount of room inside fro a car of it's size. I am 6'2 and I have the headroom and legroom I need. With the rear seat down you also get an impressive amount of cargo space for a small hatchback. I would recommend this as a commuter car or a first car for a high school or college student. It is economical, fuel efficient, easy to drive and above all, it is reliable. Two years later everything works like it is supposed to. I did have one non-serious recall issue but the dealership promptly fixed it gratis.
