2006 Pontiac Montana SV6 consumer reviews

I leased and owned four Montana’s. The last time GM made a vehicle this good it was the Chevy Nova. Pretty obvious the pinheads at GM cancelled both the car and the brand. I drive a Toyota now. Way to go GM!

I won?t buy anything else than a Montana if I needed a van I like that it?s a all wheel drive van I say it good for 150 thousand more miles if taking care off

This car has been excellent. Met all our family's needs from day to day to family vacations. It had held up to the test of time. We still own our 2006 Montana and drive it nearly everyday

I happened to stumble upon this mini van after my husband totaled my SUV. It was previously in an accident and had a salvage title. It had 129,000 miles on it and because of the accident history I got it for less than $2000 (STEAL OF A DEAL!) in 2016...... And, my husband was furious!! Lol. After getting the van and dealing with his temper tantrum we both grew to love it. I've had this van for 2 1/2 years now. I've only ever had to replace the brake pads and a caliper ($150). I haven't had any trouble with anything else on the van. It starts every single time and runs so so so smooth. I love that I never have to worry about how it will drive or if it will be reliable in the wintertime. I've got the AWD version and bought all season tires last winter. Even in the worst Michigan snow storm it handles terrific. I also have 4 kids between the ages of 2 and 13. There is more than enough room for the 6 of us to fit comfortably. The DVD player makes the trips more enjoyable for the entire family. I didn't have any fold down trays in between the seats when I got the van, but I haven't missed them at all since I bought a universal console to put in between the front seats. I rate this van 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!!!!!

AWD will plow through snow very well. Lots of leg room and great for a family road trip. Fits a family of 4 or 5 with plenty of space for luggage or groceries.

Bought it brand new (base model) in 2007. It is 2016, and I have almost 300k on it. I have paid about 3k for repairs after warranty during all years, not including oil change, tires & breaks. No major repair, standard things like rear wiper, cupholder etc. If GM made them still I would've buy it again, only extended version as my family grown.

I bought my van from University motor mall in Lansing, Mi. The salesman, Tod, found me a vehicle that worked for me. The price was great and the van is amazing. I would def recommend Tod to anyone looking to purchase a good vehicle.

I purchased the car used with low mileage. The price was reasonable for the van. I never had any problems with it. It was very dependable, comfortable, and very good gas mileage. Usually about 18 mpg over-all and 25-26 on a trip. This is the second Montana I have owned and now am looking for a 2009 Pontiac Montana.

we have had great success with our Montana. Sorry they stop making them. would buy another one. Lots of room in the mini van,smooth riding
