Very sturdy and tough

This truck meets all my needs and the room is just wonderful highly recommend this beast. The screen for the backup camera is huge so it makes it easy to see the ride is quite and smooth just all around exactly what my family needed.

Limited Ram 1500 is tough, rugged and luxurious

I was amazed at how smooth the ride was even on uneven surfaces. The luxuries on this vehicle are plentiful and appreciated. They pretty much thought of everything. I have never owned a pickup before and was worried about being able to maneuver this beast. The self adjusting mirrors and multiple camera angles make it a breeze. Or you can just let it park itself. Easy. We LOVE this truck. Ram really got it right in this one!

Loving my Ram

After I was aquainted with my new truck, I noticed a few things that were different from my ‘17 model. The back glass is not powered, the top glove compartment is now a shelf which is wasted space. The storage under the back seat is nonexistent. I don’t know why this was taken away. There is plenty of space under there to accommodate storage. The headrest is not comfortable. I feel like my head is leaning forward from my shoulders. The ‘17 model seats were more comfortable. Other than that, I really like my new Ram.

Good Value

You get a lot of bells and whistles for less than competitors. Drives nice and has plenty of power. Time will tell on reliability. Ram.

Amazing Truck, best in luxury and power

This truck meets all my needs. It's my daily driver, but with Mopar's customizable warranty I'm able to play around and add to it without worrying about it. I use this to offroad and overland, it's ultimate luxury! The Limited Trim equals even GMC Denali and Ford King Ranch, I'd say in some aspects it's better! Like the entertainment system and comfort packages. To top it off, I got the 3.0L EcoDiesel and that sports the best pull power of all the other 3/4 Ton Diesels. For this year's line of trucks RAM is a no brainer.

Best In Class!

We purchased our 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn (Level 2 Equipment Group) 4x4 Crew Cab a month ago- it's my wife's vehicle and replaced a Honda CR-V. Never, ever have I seen her so enthused about a vehicle. In her words, "I love this truck!" and after driving it it's easy to see why. Amazing ride especially when you consider the truck's capabilities- 11,620 lbs of towing (it has a 3.92 rear axle) and over 1700 lbs of payload. The eTorque Hemi has plenty of power and its mild hybrid operation is seamless and almost unnoticeable and that's as it should be- I politely disagree with Cars.com's Aaron Bragman on this one. Where the Ram really shines is the interior. Even at the Big Horn trim level which is only one step above the base Tradesman trim, it puts Ford and GM to shame. Quality materials, thoughtful design (the center console is amazingly useful) and numerous features (heated driver and front passenger seats with 8 way power and 4 way power lumbar for the driver, heated steering wheel, and dual climate control) make it the most comfortable truck I've ever driven. The rear seat isn't a bad place to be either- much more leg room than its competitors and its flexible seat design and infloor storage make it a great place to carry cargo out of the weather. Build quality (Sterling Heights, Michigan plant) is excellent. No issues to report so far other than not being able to drive it as much as I would like. Value- These days any full size pickup is expensive even at the lower trim levels and if you're not careful with the option list it can get out of control quickly. At the time we bought the Ram 1500 it was the better value- similarly equipped Fords and Chevies were almost $5K more. That it's the better truck only sweetens the deal. Negatives- the only one I can think of is the standard fuel tank size- 23 gallons. Not an issue in normal driving but if you plan to tow heavy trailers over long distances, it could be an issue with more frequent fuel stops. They do offer optional larger fuel tanks- 26 and 33 gallons iirc. I've always been a Ford guy when it comes to pickups but this Ram 1500 has made a convert out of me- they hit it out of the park on this one.

Best riding truck!

The air suspension provided a 5 star ride. With that said, it felt a little heavy and slow to take off. I had the 3.21 rear end with the 23 gal tank. I HIGHLY recommend the 3.92 with the 36 gal tank. You won’t be sorry. The 12” screen is...ok, just..ok. Somewhat overwhelming.

Great truck

Just got it but love it so far. Would highly recommend, first truck. More power than my sports car and more room than my SUV.

First time buying a RAM truck and it's awesome

The RAM 1500 Big Horn is everything our son Tyler needed and so far it exceeds our expectations. We have previously owned two Ford F-150 XLTs and the RAM 1500 Big Horn is right up there in quality and performance so far.
