Nice Ride
Bought the car 9/12. The car had 32,000 miles on it. It is the XE model. Booked out at $13,500, paid $11,300. Enjoy driving it a lot. But if I had a chance to do it all over again I would opt for the XR model. More options.

High End Car for Standard Car Price
Third Saturn that we have owned. The first was a great buy and each one has been better than the last. You have to drive the Aura to "get it", this is a great car with a great look. All Saturns allow you to pile up the miles with very little maintenance cost. Very reliable and inexpensive to own. Easy to maintain.

Saturn Aura XR
My only issue with this car, and I have had it almost two months now, is that the ride is bumpy. I have the XR fully loaded that is the upgraded model but I feel like I'm riding in the rodeo. Of course when the music is playing I don't notice it so much. By the way it has an excellent sound system, however that does not make up for a smooth ride.

Very nice car
The car is comfortable, quiet, & good gas mileage. There are some visability challenges for a short person (side rear view mirrors, posts between windshield and side windows, and head rests get in the way). This is the first "non-Ford" product I've ever had and I'm happy with it. Just took a long trip and it was very comfortable. Don't like that mileage is shown in whole miles - no 'tenths' of a mile. I guess it's because it's an electronic reading instead of a gauge. Would have liked at least a 3 CD player instead of a single, though.

Unhappy customer
I did my research & decided on the Aura because it got good reviews and I loved the way it looked, still do but it was put together very poorly. The doors do not line up and the windows had to be adjusted because water would leak through when it rained. The inside is the same, there are uneven gaps between pieces of the console, the pass arm rest is not on properly & the finish on the arm rests are peeling. I needed a new master cylinder at about 3K miles and other minor repairs. I would love the car if it didn't seem like school children put it together. This was my first new car and I am so disappointed I can't wait to trade it.

Great car!
I own a 2008 Aura. This car is a great car for traveling to work and taking trips. The cars interior has held up and looks as good as when we purchased the car. It is a great car for families and kids. The car is comfortable to ride in. There is sufficient room in the back. The price is fantastic for a roomy sedan. The storage in the trunk is very roomy.

No Problems at all
I just bought my Aura 3 weeks ago. It's a real nice ride. No problems at all so far. Only wish I had the original warranty that came with it since it's only 4 years old and had only 16898 miles on it when I bought it.

Beatiful Ride
I bought the car brand new in 2009. Immediately after I took delivery of the car I notice the brake problems. The dealer said the rotors were warped and they replaced the rotors. At 6K miles I notice a major transmission leak. The dealer fixed the problem they said it was a broken seal. Now I hear a rattling sound on the back but I dont have the patience to go to the dealer as I really hate them now and wish I never bought this piece of junk. I have 36K miles and luckily I have no major mechanical problems. The vehicle itself is a very smooth and powerfull car to ride. Unfortunately I will not consider buying another GM vehicle as this one has left me with very bad taste. When I buy a new car I dont expect the car to have any issues for the first 60K miles. I owned Impalas in the past 2003-2007 and while they are poorly constructed inside I never once had an engine problem with them and they never let me down. Aura however is a completely different car with lots of mechanical issues. Stay away from them and instead look for Chevy Maliby or Toyota Camry.
