Fast, fun, and efficient!

This car has excellent features: sport mode, paddle shifters, leather seats, moon roof, rain-sensing windshield wipers, rear view camera, etc. It is great on gas, has plenty of space, and is a blast to drive. My only complaint so far is that I wish it had navigation. However, it is a few years old so it's not crazy for it to not have that technology. Overall, by far my favorite car that I've owned, and it is my third Volkswagen. It has everything I need and more, I plan to stick with it for a long time.

Love me a Vdub

Okay, I actually don't love the GTI.. I really want to and it is so almost there. Great styling inside and out, the car is tight quiet smooth and beautiful. It's Dynamic and precise with good driver feel, not too harsh, quite fast especially with a 93 octane tune. But its FWD.. which is fine... it's just lacking that little someth'n special. Don't get me wrong, this car is great. It's just love is a strong word. I've been longing for a golf R.. but the heart wants me a m235i.. so to the MK7 Gti I say, God you're special, and you remind me of my youth, thanks for going back to the pure essence of where you belong! Till next time, o yeah, I still own you for now (anyone wanna buy a 15 gti?)

A lot of power for a small moter

Driving a turbo makes this car a joy to drive. It gets great gas mileage and is very comfortable for longer commutes. The heated seat and Bluetooth streaming are gr at additions. It is missing the Auto Unlock and push start features though

Style, comfort and performance

This car not only looks great inside and out but also packs performance. I would recommend this car to anyone who wants to look good and have some speed under them while doing so.

fun fast car, but crummy seats

The exterior was cool except for the black gloss trim around the windows. You had to touch this gloss trim to shut the door. It showed every finger print. The interior with plaid seats looked fantastic and the backseat was roomy. The front seat non adjustable thigh bolsters were very high and pushed into your thighs. After 2 hours, my sciatic nerves were aching. I tried every seat angle and pads to no avail. Seat bottom angle is not ergonomic and is angled at a 45 upward tilt which is very uncomfortable. I'm 6'01" 205. The instrument gauge glass/plastic is angled out instead of in. It picks up dust constantly. When you try to clean it, the plastic scratches very easily. Bad design. The power and sound of the exhaust was amazing. The DSG automatic transmission was impressive. The stereo sounded fantastic as well. The suspension was firm but amazing too. Very quiet car on the highway and I always got 30-35 mpg.

Perfect all around car. Performance to economy!

Excellent all around vehicle. Great economy and acceleration. Versatility of a hatchback. A little harsh on potholes with18" rims. Much smoother with 17". Reliability at 59,000 has been great.

Best car I've ever owned

I put nearly 100k miles on the car since purchasing it new. Never once had a hiccup and puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. Nothing else out there gives you the utility, fun factor, fuel efficiency, and reliability for the price. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

2015 GTI owned for three days.

Bucket list car that I've wanted since reading about it prior to availability. Extremely rare VW GTI MKVII (seventh generation) with every available option: Autobahn (leather, sunroof, navigation, 4 door, 12 speaker Fender sound system), Performance Package (220 HP with three modes to set performance of transmission, suspension, engine, steering: comfort, normal and sport), Sport Package with adaptive dampers, Lighting Package (bi-Xenon & LED), Driver Assist (rear view camera, park assist), Launch Control.

Fun Hot Hatch

Love my Golf GTI. Already looking to mod the vehicle, the car is pretty quick but slower than what I?m used to. Shifts great and is a very comfortable car. I can fit infant seats in the vehicle no problem. Both practical and fun
