My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
Keely Johnson was who helped me. I am an out of state buyer and she was absolutely caring and friendly throughout the whole process. When the car I was going to purchase became unavailable, she went out of her way to find a similar model. I was stunned because she didn???t try to just sale me something else that I didn???t want like most car salesmen/women would. Nonetheless, the whole experience was great and she made sure the car was clean ready and most of the paperwork was already done by the time that I got there. I also want to add that I got a great deal for a car with very low mileage and runs absolutely great!
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.
Last weekend, I purchased my third car with Acura Carland and I have to say, there has been a complete turn around here. Previous experiences had me not wanting to even step foot in this dealership, but I am SO glad I did! I walked in not expecting much, but not only were they able to help with concerns I had with my old car, they were able to get me into a new one that fit all of my needs. Thank you Robert, Jimmy, and Primevere for taking care of me and making me feel apart of Acura Carland. I honestly can not say enough amazing things about you all. I also have to mention that the service department is great as well. I had an issue with my apt. complex and parking the loaner car and Lakisha took care of it, no questions asked. This is my second car purchase with Acura Carland. Very pleased with purchase, customer service, and overall car buying experience on both occasions. Definitely will be back again if in need of another new vehicle.
Went in to view a used BMW and the salesman was very personable, showed me the vehicle and I was able to get a good impression of the car. The salesman was very friendly and professional and was not a hard-sell person and I left with contacts for following through if I needed. I would return to this dealership if I wanted to pursue buying. Recommend this dealership as a professional place to do business.
Certainly not the level of service you'd expect from any 'typical' dealership, but prices are decent if you're informed and very diligent. I used Arian after dismissing another agent who was abysmal, and Arian himself was great. If the they were in the 21st century (digital age) and provided some basic customer service and car preparation, the experience could easily have been 5 stars, but it was not. All cars are sold "as-is" with zero reconditioning or pointing out any defects (it's entirely up to you to inspect thoroughly and get a mechanic to inspect). Since I buy lots of cars and had confidence I could spot any issues and keep any typical "used car salesman" tactics at bay, I was fine buying through them for the slightly better price. If you don't have such familiarity or confidence in the process, then this is not the type of place for you.
I called moses in the morning told the car I wanted and left with it by the end of the day . Moses was very pleasant to work with .the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Chris did the paperwork and he was great also.
I had bought several used cars, but this was my first new one. It was easy to find our Atlas on Cars.com, and just as easy to reserve it. The whole experience from internet to facilities to people was great.

The plastic closure on the console armrest broke causing the top of the armrest to remain open and upright. I do use the armrest console to store items I use frequently, but it is never over packed. I contacted Ed Voyles' Acura service department and explained what had occurred and brought my car in for service. Samuel Neitzke was my service technician. After Samuel investigated the issue, he called the Acura customer service department and arranged to have a new armrest ordered for my auto. Samuel then called me, telling me that he had taken care of everything and that he would call when the armrest was installed. My sincere thanks to Ed Voyles Acura and Samuel Neitzke. I have always been impressed my the service at Ed Voyles Acura, now my wife, Suzanne says she had every intention of buying her next new auto from Ed Voyles Acura.
