This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

This is an outstanding used car dealership. I just cannot say enough good things about them! I have owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships, but the owner of Excellent Motor Group is by far the very best person I have ever purchased from. He is the most knowledgeable, has the most integrity and honesty, works unbelievably hard, and is the most kind used auto dealer I have ever seen. This is what he did for me: I went down to buy a Ram Promaster cargo van. He worked very hard for me, making calls for about 3 hours to find a lender for me, but my credit wasn't good enough to qualify for the loan. So he showed me a Ford Transit cargo van he had on the lot which was a little older. I still couldn't qualify, so he dropped the price so I could qualify for the loan. Then I tried to pay the down payment with my debit card but couldn't pay the whole amount because of the limit on my card. I called my bank on the mainland to increase the limit, but it still didn't work. Then because of the time difference, my bank closed for the day and I couldn't call back. Then he let me use his computer to login to my insurance carrier's website, but I had trouble getting the lienholder's name and address to show on the insurance binder, so he sat down with me and helped me very patiently to solve the issue and get the insurance binder and my insurance cards and documents printed out. Then he drove me all the way across town to the lender's office, introduced me to the lender and explained the process, then waited for me while I set up my account and got my documents. Then even after the exhausting day, and even with my down payment only partially paid, he graciously let me to pay the remainder the next day, and he even drove me all the way back across town to my apartment. The next day he picked me up at my workplace and drove me to his lot, where I was able to finally pay the remainder of my down payment. He had already finished all of the documents and paperwork, and had also gone down to the dmv to do the temp registration. He also had done the safety and emission inspection, had the oil changed, and filled up the gas tank. Then after he had done all of this for me, he offered to hold the van at his lot until I could find a monthly parking place for it near my apartment. Then the next day after I found a monthly parking spot, I noticed that my name was slightly misspelled on a few of the documents. So I went down to his lot and he got all of the documents corrected very quickly, even while he was in the process of working with another customer. He had the keys ready plus a spare key, and the van was ready for me to drive home. And he did all of this over three days in the rain while major street work was being done right next to his lot. Wow! I recommend this dealer very very highly. I have never seen anyone so knowledgeable, so hard working, so honest and patient as him. The week I was at his lot, he sold 4 cars to customers who had purchased from him over 15 years ago, and now I understand why. When you find a dealer this good, you go back decade after decade. Outstanding.

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

I have purchased a 2024 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech Package. I originally was going to get a base, but after researching every person who bought anything under the ASPEC Tech was disappointed. The price difference over the course of my loan was not enough to justify getting anything lower. Now here’s the thing, you have to come into this not expecting a top of the line Lexus for Acura money. You get what you pay for. This may not have every bell and whistle, but check back in 10 years and I bet this will still be on the road compared to the BMWs and Audis out there. I honestly love the interior, I searched through all brands throughout the last twenty years. I was looking for a vehicle under 40,000 that is reliable, good gas mileage, and unique. I didn’t want to drive an accord like everyone else. I wanted something that was sleek and aggressive. The Integra filed every box for me. I was driving a 1995 Honda del Sol. So everything is an upgrade for me! I think a lot of these folks are spoiled with new technology. I dont care for what the vehicle is “missing” like power folding mirrors and other things. I mean if it bothers you that bad get out and fold them in! I never used it when I had my last few vehicles. I enjoy the seats and the interior. It is quick! It’s not a hellcat challenger but it’s not trying to be that. Integra is one of the few vehicles I’ve seen that stay true to its heritage. It is an upgraded civic and it’s not ashamed of it. That is what Integra was and is. I think a lot of folks overhyped this cars for themselves. Then when they bought one they were disappointed. I am so continent with this vehicle and I love it. I don’t ever plan to sell it.

This experience has been nothing short a miracle for me. Trey and Chris are definitely a valuable asset to this Dealership. Customer Service and hospitality is AAA. They made the whole experience wonderful with memories that will last a lifetime. God sent me the perfect Dealership with the perfect people on my team. I give all the glory to God. I got the base package, I wish I would have gotten the A-Spec. There is a faulty window seal on the drivers side that needs attention and the adaptive cruise control is new for me, along with the engine idle shut off, both features I can live without.

I had a 11:30 appointment with Caroline . When I got there she was very professional and had the car ready that I wanted to see. We took it out for a test drive. When we got back we started to talk peice . She was very helpful with working out a price with the manager I got the deal I wanted and they delivered the car to me the nexted day

Car was nice with exception of the high price and rusty rotors. It was just previously washed before seeing it. Made it hard to see if there were any flaws. It is about $10-12,000 more than it's worth.

Meghan was sensitive to my concerns, answered all my questions, and helped make the transaction possible. Management was also very helpful answering my questions. The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.

After an accident that totaled my beautiful 26 year old perfect condition Acura I had to pick a new car. I never considered Nissan. I decided I wanted a mid/small SUV with a bit of style. My Acura was a sports car. I found the perfect car, a Nissan Murano. My salesperson could not have been better. Kris was kind, professional, patient and accommodating. I recently purchased a white 2019 Honda accord from here and it was a great experience! They let you look without hassling you. I drove the car by myself to test drive it. Brian was awesome! I had been in an accident that was not my fault but needed a vehicle. He even came in on his day off to help me purchase. I brought my car in to have the transmission fluid flushed and refilled. The price was better than I expected considering that the process requires 10 quarts of fluid. The service was completely quickly.

Disclaimer, this is a two for one review. About a year and a half ago I purchased a 2024 Acura Integra Aspec Tech (6-speed). Jay Bamberg was my sales rep and Jarrod Moore helped work the deal. I absolutely loved this vehicle and had a great buying experience. Fast forward to today, my wife and I now have a 10 month old. Although we made my Integra work for us… we just needed more space and wanted a bigger vehicle so that my wife and daughter felt a little more safe.
