New and used 2025 Acura Integra w/A-Spec Tech Package for sale near Konterra, MD

I thought i felt a decrease in the brake performance of my 2020 Acura TLX V6 with the technology package. The car has 51K miles, so I figured it was time to get the brakes replaced. I scheduled it for service and took the vehicle to Acura of Laurel. The technician tested the vehicle and gave me the analysis - the brakes are fine and the pads are still good and recommended that I not replace them at this time. I appreciated the honest feedback, as they could have easily gone ahead and replaced the brakes. When it's time to get them done I will be headed back to Acura of Laurel.

By far the superior Acura dealership in MD. Customer service is consistently A1, above & beyond. Service advisor Gage has very prompt response times & ensures that issues and or maintenance are resolved in a more than timely manner. I’ve utilized this dealership for maintenance as well as installation of accessories- never an issue! Highly recommend this dealership.

Saw a car, bought a car; overall a great experience. I did my research on the net and found a few cars I wanted. Most turned out to junk, but theirs was in great condition. Usual stuff from used car dealer: We're losing money at that price, you really want it, your wife likes, etc. But they went down on price anyway. My wife did a great job telling them its not really the color she likes :) What really got them was showing them a "better" car price (even though it didn't have the options nad had repaired damage).

I went through the processes inquiring about a vehicle and although in the end I decided on a different one outside of this dealership, I felt the the whole process was very transparent, no hassle, courteous, and professional. I was serviced on a Saturday and it was incredibly busy but YaNiah came up to my vehicle promptly and let me know she?d be right with me. She was very sweet and knowledgeable and got me in and out during drop off. She kept me informed the entire process and even gave me the option to pay over the phone because I didn?t think I?d make it back in time before closing. Surprisingly I was able to make it back 5 mins before closing and YaNiah?s smiling face was there to help me close out my transaction! She texted me when the techs found something that needed to be fixed and I was able to use a link to sign and agree to the additional service. 10/10 experience I will def be back and hopefully will get to work with YaNiah again! Alsoooo the women taking payments was very sweet but I did not get her name.

We were disappointed the car was not washed at this service or at a recent service. We have enjoyed a clean car in the past. We have been Acura owners for 30+ years at this dealership. It?s disappointing this new company has not continued this very much appreciated service.
