Instead of acquiring the 2022 MDX, I departed from the premises with a freshly minted 2024 MDX. Her unwavering determination was matched only by her commendable restraint, refraining from crossing the boundary into pushiness. Michael Tran was very attentive and provided good service. His communication was terrific as well.

Great service manager Michael Tran went extra miles to what I need. Both my TLX and MDX were taking cared by him in addition to just the regular maintenance. He is always on top of communicating me on status of my car and recommending the best way to keep the car running at top performance. Will return again to him on my next service.
