Very excited to share that we bagged a fabulous deal with the dealership and after looking and talking to many other car dealerships and test driving vehicles we finally ended up taking the Acura Zdx without even a test drive because of the kind of service that these guys provided. Would like to personally thank Leo, Jennifer and the finance team for staying late and closing the deal and it was such a smooth process with no hidden surprises. Went in for major recall services on my TLX- engine and fuel pump.. Everything was done to my satisfaction… I was updated on progress.. I was given a loaner for 7 of the 10 days car was in the shop… my car was returned cleaner than when I left it… no one tried to upsell me on any other services… all in all pretty happy with this relatively new Acura dealership…

Thomas Acura is THE best Acura dealership in Southern California. Honest and knowledgeable. They service all of the Acura's in our family. My last visit was a tire road hazard issue. Drove in unexpected. They fit me in and had me on my way in two hours. Road hazard warranty covered it. This dealership always has the solutions to any Acura issue from routine maintenance, warranty work and recalls. Friendly staff in sales, service writers and the mechanics. Can’t go wrong here.

Appointment is easy to make and the service is good but a little bit pricey.

I entered Cerritos Acura on Monday, July 3rd, with the purpose of observing a previously owned 2022 MDX. Unfortunately, I found it lacking in visual appeal.
