Very excited to share that we bagged a fabulous deal with the dealership and after looking and talking to many other car dealerships and test driving vehicles we finally ended up taking the Acura Zdx without even a test drive because of the kind of service that these guys provided. I found my Acura MDX online at Valencia Acura. I could not have had a better experience. I called before I went. The car was waiting for my testdrive when I arrived and we made the deal. I told them I did not want any extra expense, just buy the car and that's what we did. Absolutely no pressure or problems.

Thomas Acura is THE best Acura dealership in Southern California. Honest and knowledgeable. They service all of the Acura's in our family. My last visit was a tire road hazard issue. Drove in unexpected. They fit me in and had me on my way in two hours. Road hazard warranty covered it. This dealership always has the solutions to any Acura issue from routine maintenance, warranty work and recalls. Friendly staff in sales, service writers and the mechanics. Can’t go wrong here.

I received a very good service. Their service advisor, Alan, was excellent and was very knowledgeable and informative.

Went in for major recall services on my TLX- engine and fuel pump.. Everything was done to my satisfaction… I was updated on progress.. I was given a loaner for 7 of the 10 days car was in the shop… my car was returned cleaner than when I left it… no one tried to upsell me on any other services… all in all pretty happy with this relatively new Acura dealership…

Took vehicle in to have a new key made and was extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received from Service Rep. Jerry.
