The most important element of this dealership was the salesman. Joe Zielonko was super knowledgeable and a great fellow to work with. In my 6 decades of purchasing cars, Joe is in the top 5 percent. We felt very comfortable with Joe and we did not feel pressured. He listened very well to our needs. He is a credit to the organization.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

The Service team at Acura did an exceptional job from start to finish with servicing my vehicle. There was a miscommunications with my initial appt but they were able to rectify the issue and schedule the work. I want to give a special acknowledgement to Maddie and Lisa. I am a senior citizen cancer patient, and have owned my Acura RL for about 21 years. I would have bought another one, but cancer prevented that. I took my RL into Hinshaw's in Fife, WA on 12/16/21 and then again on 02/19/22. I highly recommend Hinshaw's in Fife! They were absolutely wonderful and helped me with my car even though it is so old. Everyone was patient, courteous, friendly and efficient. They all were working hard, and they actually paid attention to their customers. Even though every single person I encountered was wonderful and helpful, I have to do a special shout for Richard who helped me in February, I can never thank him enough for solving my car challenge. This was the best experience I have ever had with a car anywhere including the Acura Dealership in Santa Monica, CA who were terrible. Thank you, Richard! Thank you to everyone who helped me! I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.
