Came in for simple warranty repair on a very busy Monday. My service representative was, and has been in the past, friendly, informative and accurate in the repair needed, time needed and services offered. The facilities are clean and well maintained ( newly built facility). I have nothing but positive feedback about my experience.

Easy going, no stress transaction. Price listed was the price. Test drove at 10:45, left dealership by 1:30 with my new ride. I recently visited this dealer to lease a ZDX, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When I texted to make an appointment, the sales consultant, Jordan, called me back right away. We hadn?t yet decided on a color, so he took the time to show us all the available options without rushing or pressuring us. Jordan was very polite and professional throughout the process. Even though the ZDX is Acura?s first BEV and he didn?t have answers to every question on the spot, he followed up quickly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. I really appreciated the attentive service and would definitely recommend this dealership?and especially Jordan?to anyone considering a ZDX.

Very excited to share that we bagged a fabulous deal with the dealership and after looking and talking to many other car dealerships and test driving vehicles we finally ended up taking the Acura Zdx without even a test drive because of the kind of service that these guys provided. Would like to personally thank Leo, Jennifer and the finance team for staying late and closing the deal and it was such a smooth process with no hidden surprises. This is an awesome place to purchace a car,whether it's new or used. Jeff Nowinski helped my good friend from the moment I called in this morning. We drove all the way from San Bernardino just to come here. When we arrived, Jeff had everything that we needed ready and raring to go. He walked us through everything step by step, making it so easy. Great service manager Michael Tran went extra miles to what I need. Both my TLX and MDX were taking cared by him in addition to just the regular maintenance. He is always on top of communicating me on status of my car and recommending the best way to keep the car running at top performance. Will return again to him on my next service.

I wasn’t happy with my experience initially, but they made an effort to make things right. With that, I can say that they are sincere in making sure that their customers are satisfied!

The service manager Michael Tran who took my order to do the maintenance was extremely: Professional, Courteous, Friendly , Thoughtful , knowledgeable & eager to assist me in everything he can, offered me coffee & water as well , I have been there before and got good service however this time it was EXCEPTIONAL , I highly recommend him because it hard those days to find people like him. Wife and I leased a 2025 MDX A-spec Advance in Apex Blue with red interior. Before acquiring this vehicle, I would’ve considered us Lexus brand loyalists. I wasn’t too sure about buying another Acura and always considered them to be overpriced Hondas. So far, we love it. The tech is light years ahead of our old 2022 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. The ride is very comfortable with minimal effort required to steer the vehicle. The 19-speaker B&O sound system is awesome! The massaging seats are definitely worth the upgrade from the A-spec to the A-spec Advance. The feathery soft gas pedal does take some getting used to, while the brakes require more effort to engage than I would prefer, especially for a vehicle of this size. There are a few things we found to be a bit odd. We’re not big fans of all the piano finished black plastic throughout the dash, but at least there are physical buttons. When the vehicle is in reverse, only ONE of the side mirrors tilts downward, making it difficult to utilize both mirrors to back up. I have to switch between Left or Right while backing up, which is not very practical. It does have cameras under the mirrors which provide a surround-view perspective, but it’s not as clear or as convenient as using two mirrors, especially when it’s raining! I believe that’s exclusive to Acura. Our 2012 TSX only tilted one mirror at a time as well. Also, for a vehicle nearing $70k, you would expect the rear windshield wiper to be hidden under the rear spoiler. It doesn’t give the vehicle a seamless finish and is a constant reminder of how Honda/Acura cut corners to save money instead of differentiating the MDX from the Pilot it’s based on.
