New and used 2025 Acura MDX Technology Package for sale near Franconia, VA

This is the 2nd MDX Type S I’ve owned and there are many things to like, however I think it’s deplorable they no longer offer satellite radio in the car ! Even WORSE, they no longer offer Roadside Assistance. I will NEVER by another Acura/Honda product again!!

I really enjoyed working with Thomas Pulvirenti at Harper Acura during my search for a new car. Thomas listened carefully to what I said I wanted and was able to narrow my search. He was very knowledgeable about options that were or were not available in different vehicles which helped me decide on what was important. He was able to explain in simple terms the newer tech features & the easiest way to navigate through them. There was no rushing & no pressure which I appreciated. Thomas easily fielded questions from me & from my friend who came along. If he didn’t know, he found out. I very highly recommend Thomas Pulvirenti for his outstanding service & excellent knowledge.

Wife and I leased a 2025 MDX A-spec Advance in Apex Blue with red interior. Before acquiring this vehicle, I would’ve considered us Lexus brand loyalists. I wasn’t too sure about buying another Acura and always considered them to be overpriced Hondas. So far, we love it. The tech is light years ahead of our old 2022 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. The ride is very comfortable with minimal effort required to steer the vehicle. The 19-speaker B&O sound system is awesome! The massaging seats are definitely worth the upgrade from the A-spec to the A-spec Advance. The feathery soft gas pedal does take some getting used to, while the brakes require more effort to engage than I would prefer, especially for a vehicle of this size. There are a few things we found to be a bit odd. We’re not big fans of all the piano finished black plastic throughout the dash, but at least there are physical buttons. When the vehicle is in reverse, only ONE of the side mirrors tilts downward, making it difficult to utilize both mirrors to back up. I have to switch between Left or Right while backing up, which is not very practical. It does have cameras under the mirrors which provide a surround-view perspective, but it’s not as clear or as convenient as using two mirrors, especially when it’s raining! I believe that’s exclusive to Acura. Our 2012 TSX only tilted one mirror at a time as well. Also, for a vehicle nearing $70k, you would expect the rear windshield wiper to be hidden under the rear spoiler. It doesn’t give the vehicle a seamless finish and is a constant reminder of how Honda/Acura cut corners to save money instead of differentiating the MDX from the Pilot it’s based on.

Very excited to share that we bagged a fabulous deal with the dealership and after looking and talking to many other car dealerships and test driving vehicles we finally ended up taking the Acura Zdx without even a test drive because of the kind of service that these guys provided. Would like to personally thank Leo, Jennifer and the finance team for staying late and closing the deal and it was such a smooth process with no hidden surprises. If I had to recommend an Acura dealership it would be these guys hands down.

I came in for an alignment, after assessment I was notified my tires were bald and that an alignment couldn?t be done without it! I also had an issue with the need for a sensor for my brake light. Mr. Mora went above and beyond to ensure I received a loaner car and repairs were completed for me. I left the dealership at 5:30p and I received a text the next morning at 7:30am that my car was completed. Thank you Mr. Mora for making my service experience much better, thank you for relieving the stress of getting my car serviced. I will be back.

A year ago i manifested in getting a 2020 MDX. Wanted black but then months ago i test drove a used dark grey one from a used car dealership in Watertown. Test drove and didn’t like it. I like Acura of Columbus, even, I guess, after every single employee I knew there from the Sales and Service teams to the various managers and officers has been either moved, transferred, fired or replaced. (So I'm kinda forced to 'start over' with all new names/faces/teams... whether I want to or not.) Thanks, Jim Spencer PS- I am officially going to quit liking Acura of Columbus if people keep calling my house at night to ask me how much I like Acura of Columbus. It's stupid, and is absolutely counterproductive.
