New and used 2025 Acura MDX Technology Package for sale near Itasca, IL

I brought my 2020 Buick Enclave in for a tire rotation and a detailing, and it came out looking and smelling like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I'm really impressed with the service, and the staff is amazing!

This is the 2nd MDX Type S I’ve owned and there are many things to like, however I think it’s deplorable they no longer offer satellite radio in the car ! Even WORSE, they no longer offer Roadside Assistance. I will NEVER by another Acura/Honda product again!!

I purchased a 2018 Ram in October. I took possession of the truck the same day. I went to use the truck two days later and it had a dead battery. I called sales and they asked if I could get the truck to the dealership. I was able to jump the truck. Piazza took the truck right in and checked the battery which tested bad. They replaced the battery with no charge to me. I also had a water problem in the cab. This seems to be a big problem Ram has had for years but have not fix the problem. I called sales again. Since I had the truck for only one month they made an appointment for me to bring it in. Piazza checked for leaks and found a pressure vent in the rear fire wall and the rear window were leaking. I talked with a service rep by the name of Alex. Alex kept in touch with me every day letting me know what was going on. They had to pull the rear seats to replace the vent and a new rear window was replaced. The window had a sliding window. When I went to pick up the truck I was expecting to pay for the repair but Alex placed a form in front of me and asked me to sign. At the bottom of the form were all zero's. I asked if I had to pay something and his reply was no you only had the truck for a month. I even tried to compensate or offset the cost for the service but Alex said no thank you. I am so pleased with how Piazza handled the service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again. I give Piazza a 10 out of 10.

From the moment that I walked in, I felt very welcomed. Kia Smith was my salesperson. She was very informative and knowledgeable. The staff worked with me to purchase the car that I wanted. There was no pressure To close the deal the day that I walked in. They encouraged me to check out similar vehicles. I was in several times before I bought my 2025 MDX. They gave me a fair trade in allowance for my car, and explained everything that I needed to know very clearly. Kia took over an hour to show me the features of my Acura, and answer questions. I highly recommend her as a great person to do business with. I looked at a number of similar vehicles, but the quality and style of Acura was the best! I will say that a number of competitors tried to sell me what I did not want. I never went back to them. This is the nicest vehicle that I have owned in 50 years of driving. The team at Northeast Acura is the best!

I contacted the dealership about a used vehicle listed on cars.com and received a prompt reply that it was indeed on site. I setup an appointment, the vehicle was pulled up next to the building and was ready to test drive. The salesman was very courteous, applied no pressure for me to decide, and made phone calls to verify questions I had concerning the vehicle's options. The sales manager provided a quick trade-in value that matched my own research. The buying process took quite some time but that seems to be normal now. Went in Monday to get my RDX serviced and Mitch took care of it for me. Now when I say Mitch went above and beyond and then some. Mitch called every step to let me know the status of my car and how long till ready. I had to leave my car but they called a lyft for me and when I had to go back they again called a lyft and brought me back. Like I said ABOVE AND BEYOND! Excellent 👏👏👏👏👏

Secured an offer, caught the Amtrak from Fresno Ca to Stockton and purchased the vehicle. Was in and out within an hour. Other dealership in my area didn't want to give me a good deal, though I'm not asking for a steal I just wanted a better deal on a new vehicle and Stockton Acura took care of me.
