Came in for simple warranty repair on a very busy Monday. My service representative was, and has been in the past, friendly, informative and accurate in the repair needed, time needed and services offered. Acura has a policy to replace or repair malfuntioning seatbelts for the life of the car. I took my 2000 TL in because the passenger side seatbelt retractor was locking and not releasing. The driverside seatbelt wasn't retracting well. This is a 17 year old car and Freddie didn't hesitate to take care of the problems by replacing both retractors...they even washed the car, all for free. ***** ?

I entered Cerritos Acura on Monday, July 3rd, with the purpose of observing a previously owned 2022 MDX. Unfortunately, I found it lacking in visual appeal. Instead of acquiring the 2022 MDX, I departed from the premises with a freshly minted 2024 MDX. Her unwavering determination was matched only by her commendable restraint, refraining from crossing the boundary into pushiness.
