Came in for simple warranty repair on a very busy Monday. My service representative was, and has been in the past, friendly, informative and accurate in the repair needed, time needed and services offered. The facilities are clean and well maintained ( newly built facility). I have nothing but positive feedback about my experience.

Easy going, no stress transaction. Price listed was the price. Test drove at 10:45, left dealership by 1:30 with my new ride. I recently visited this dealer to lease a ZDX, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When I texted to make an appointment, the sales consultant, Jordan, called me back right away. We hadn?t yet decided on a color, so he took the time to show us all the available options without rushing or pressuring us. Jordan was very polite and professional throughout the process. Even though the ZDX is Acura?s first BEV and he didn?t have answers to every question on the spot, he followed up quickly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. DCH is always great to deal with. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from DCH Tustin Acura in the last 10 years.

Acura has a policy to replace or repair malfuntioning seatbelts for the life of the car. I took my 2000 TL in because the passenger side seatbelt retractor was locking and not releasing. The driverside seatbelt wasn't retracting well. This is a 17 year old car and Freddie didn't hesitate to take care of the problems by replacing both retractors...they even washed the car, all for free. ***** ?
