Carl was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, responsive and downright easy to work with. At no time did he have that typical dealer high pressure sales attitude. He asked specific questions and steered us directly to the vehicle class for the options we were looking for. He was very professional and knew everything about his product and was able to answer every question we had. I purchased a used Acura MDX from a private sale and took it to Acura Westmont for an inspection. Their service team was able to give me a same day inspection appointment when I called to inquire. Carlos and his team of mechanics were very thorough. I will definitely come back when I need to replace the rotors and brake pads on my MDX. Friendly service always makes me a repeat customer.

On the quality of repair I rated average but I'm very pleased with service but my husband was a little upset on price he said he could of disconnect that bluetooth wire and save me the money but service save me the time. We agree just to get it checked then I decided just to get it done without confirming with him first. Next time I will....Also didn't purchase there. Loved service.

Although I didn’t end up making a deal with them, as I am to far upside down in my current car. I will say they were very nice to deal with, salesman I worked with was great, not overly pushy. Overall they were pretty fair and I would recommend them for a new car.

We bought a used Hyundai couple of weeks ago. I think we got a good deal. The dealership was a good experience, specially compared to the other places we had been to. The sales person Christian Gonzales was extremely friendly, helpful and cooperative. His manager Renato Garcia was also a nice person to work with.
