Buying a used 2012 VW Jetta for my Daughter's 16th birthday. Found the car on Cars.com, submitted a question to see if vehicle was still available, and immediately received a response. Went to see and test drive the vehicle the next day where I ended up signing the papers. Brought check and picked up the following day! Overall very good and quick transaction. Knowledgeable Sales Rep who even followed up and answered questions the following week!

I had a great experience purchasing my new car through Acure, I usually HATE having to purchase a car through a dealership due to the hassle time and pressure I felt but dealing with Jay Kraus the process was very easy, they gave me a fair price for my trade, searched for any and every discount I was eligible for and I did not feel pressured in any way. We were disappointed the car was not washed at this service or at a recent service. We have enjoyed a clean car in the past. We have been Acura owners for 30+ years at this dealership. It?s disappointing this new company has not continued this very much appreciated service.

This is the second Subaru I have bought from this dealer. The wife bought her Outback in 2015, and she is still in love with it.
