This is the 2nd MDX Type S I’ve owned and there are many things to like, however I think it’s deplorable they no longer offer satellite radio in the car ! Even WORSE, they no longer offer Roadside Assistance. I will NEVER by another Acura/Honda product again!!

Wife and I leased a 2025 MDX A-spec Advance in Apex Blue with red interior. Before acquiring this vehicle, I would’ve considered us Lexus brand loyalists. I wasn’t too sure about buying another Acura and always considered them to be overpriced Hondas. So far, we love it. The tech is light years ahead of our old 2022 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. The ride is very comfortable with minimal effort required to steer the vehicle. The 19-speaker B&O sound system is awesome! The massaging seats are definitely worth the upgrade from the A-spec to the A-spec Advance. The feathery soft gas pedal does take some getting used to, while the brakes require more effort to engage than I would prefer, especially for a vehicle of this size. There are a few things we found to be a bit odd. We’re not big fans of all the piano finished black plastic throughout the dash, but at least there are physical buttons. When the vehicle is in reverse, only ONE of the side mirrors tilts downward, making it difficult to utilize both mirrors to back up. I have to switch between Left or Right while backing up, which is not very practical. It does have cameras under the mirrors which provide a surround-view perspective, but it’s not as clear or as convenient as using two mirrors, especially when it’s raining! I believe that’s exclusive to Acura. Our 2012 TSX only tilted one mirror at a time as well. Also, for a vehicle nearing $70k, you would expect the rear windshield wiper to be hidden under the rear spoiler. It doesn’t give the vehicle a seamless finish and is a constant reminder of how Honda/Acura cut corners to save money instead of differentiating the MDX from the Pilot it’s based on.

The process of buying car here is good. The salesman did try to find me the good deal on a car that gave the features I wanted.

He went out on a test drive with my daughter and me and pointed out all the features of the vehicle. He did not apply any sales pressure but instead made me feel comfortable while discussing the price of the vehicle. He walked us through the whole purchasing process and it was actually a very enjoyable experience. He followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received from Touny Crowe. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mr. Crowe to all my family and friends.

They were very communicative, I did have some setbacks on my car (not their fault) which they made right at no charge, and told me step by step what their process was whenever an unforeseen problem came up. Pratik was incredibly communicative, and offered me a discount to make up for it. Highly recommend because of the clear communication approach they have.

Brandy was an excellent service advisor. This was my first time at the dealership because I?m from the Dallas area. I didn?t have an appointment but they worked me in. 02/20/2023 We are Lexus Lovers, I called the dealership to Team Gillman Acura North, and we (my husband and my adult son Wesley went to see the car after I made an appointment with the nicest salesman named Nicholas,(Nick) because we had found a Lexus my son liked and it was still there. The salesman Nick was so polite and courteous, and knowledgeable. We were there to trade an older Lexus for the newer Lexus we saw in the ad, we were pleased to have a caring salesperson and all the staff that was so friendly and caring that we felt like we were dealing with family. I loved Nick as he shared photos of his beautiful wife and small child and then he introduced us to Eduardo, the head of finance, and I just loved both of them so much I had to hug them, I'm a southern lady, I never meet a stranger, these people were all there to help my son trade his Lexus and buy another Lexus that he decided he wanted. We were so happy that these two men worked so hard to make sure that my son made the purchase and the trade was successful and they got Marco another nice man to close the deal exactly as we all agreed. We will do business with these nice people again! P.S. My son did have to bring the car back in for service the next day, and we are still dealing with that, but we are believing the service people will do excellent work on it, which is why I still gave a 5-star rating. May God, The Holy Spirit bless all the men that were so kind and helpful to us, and I ask The Lord to help the servicemen do an excellent job on Wesley's newer Lexus car that he purchased. Love Ya! So far so good! I have a few very small issues but otherwise this dealership is amazing!! I recommend this dealership especially if you are credit challenged. They will get you into a car. This place is very thorough! I pick my car up in 10 days and I can’t wait, I’m so excited!! It’s being serviced to fix a couple small issues and Kohan is a delight to work with, keeping me updated on everything! Actually the whole team is amazing!!!!!! I can’t say enough good things about them, they really work hard and go to bat for you!

I waited 3 hours for service to be complete my only complaint. Everyone was nice and kept me informed. Appreciate the attenuates on checking on me to let me know how long I Have to wait.
