It was pure coincidence that while being in NY/CT/NJ for a month that I happened across Acura of Ramsey and a car I was interested in. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday and Elbio D’Onofrio replied (called me) shortly thereafter. After exchanging some pleasantries, I then asked to speak with the amiable General Sales Manager Justin Agamie. Justin promptly called me and we set up an appointment to meet the following Monday. A handshake and one hour later…BAM…I bought the car I was interested in. Yes, it’s that easy when dealing with professional, proficient and personable people like this!

I was shopping for a used Honda Pilot and found a 2018 EX-L with 72k miles, priced just below KBB, at AutoNation Acura. Reiko, my salesperson, was very friendly and accommodating, even managing to get the keys so I could hear the engine, despite the car just arriving. Happy with the vehicle, I signed the preliminary paperwork and returned Monday after the full inspection. I like Acura of Columbus, even, I guess, after every single employee I knew there from the Sales and Service teams to the various managers and officers has been either moved, transferred, fired or replaced. (So I'm kinda forced to 'start over' with all new names/faces/teams... whether I want to or not.)
