Serendipitously, I discovered Acura of Stamford through CarGurus, where the dealership's commendable ratings caught my attention. Using their online booking system, I scheduled a test drive overnight and was promptly greeted by a text message from a human representative, confirming the car would be ready. Upon my arrival, Christina made instant introductions to Ty and Jaime, no bots insight. The entire team exuded genuine personality, devoid of any aggressive sales tactics. It was pure coincidence that while being in NY/CT/NJ for a month that I happened across Acura of Ramsey and a car I was interested in. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday and Elbio D’Onofrio replied (called me) shortly thereafter. After exchanging some pleasantries, I then asked to speak with the amiable General Sales Manager Justin Agamie. Justin promptly called me and we set up an appointment to meet the following Monday. A handshake and one hour later…BAM…I bought the car I was interested in. Yes, it’s that easy when dealing with professional, proficient and personable people like this!
