New and used 2026 Acura MDX for sale near Charlestown, PA

I purchased a car on Friday 8/12/2016 and engine light came on on Saturday 8/13/2016 and the air conditioner stopped working on Sunday 8/14/2016. Rob the used car sales manager sent a driver 2 hours away to pick up my car and left me with a loaner. How is that for customer service? Thanks Rob Moffa!!

They just seem like they are knowledable of the whole process. And weren't.forcing themselves on us to buy the product. They know it's a big decision and only want to help.

I purchased a 2018 Ram in October. I took possession of the truck the same day. I went to use the truck two days later and it had a dead battery. I called sales and they asked if I could get the truck to the dealership. I was able to jump the truck. Piazza took the truck right in and checked the battery which tested bad. They replaced the battery with no charge to me. I also had a water problem in the cab. This seems to be a big problem Ram has had for years but have not fix the problem. I called sales again. Since I had the truck for only one month they made an appointment for me to bring it in. Piazza checked for leaks and found a pressure vent in the rear fire wall and the rear window were leaking. I talked with a service rep by the name of Alex. Alex kept in touch with me every day letting me know what was going on. They had to pull the rear seats to replace the vent and a new rear window was replaced. The window had a sliding window. When I went to pick up the truck I was expecting to pay for the repair but Alex placed a form in front of me and asked me to sign. At the bottom of the form were all zero's. I asked if I had to pay something and his reply was no you only had the truck for a month. I even tried to compensate or offset the cost for the service but Alex said no thank you. I am so pleased with how Piazza handled the service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again. I give Piazza a 10 out of 10.

I came to the dealership with not so good credit hoping to get a car. I was introduced to Kevin Lee who is a salesman there and he walked me through what would be the best way to handle and make the deal go through. And with ease I was approved and left with the car I came there for. He told me he has been doing this for 31 years and it shows! I couldn't be more happier with the service he provided me. I was looking for a new to me car. I located what I wanted online, did all my research and was prepared for the hours I was going to spend to get what I thought was a good deal. Instead...I just got a good deal...that blew my mind to be honest. I was given a good value for my trade and a good price for the car I was looking at.
