Apprehensive about bringing my car in because of the sales experience. I could not put into words.The exceptional treatment and empathy for my car's issue by the service department. Unfortunately I have a job where I work six days a week and don't know when i'm gonna get off, Michelle the service adviser and her team worked on my schedule and got me in for what was thought to be a quick fix, turned into needed replacement part. I was kept informed while my car was in service and contacted as soon as part came in a day and a half later. Returned to have the service completed and it was done much faster than the anticipated need your car over night...fixed in under 4 hours from drop off. Every encounter with each service member was more than outstanding customer service, could not suggest any improvements! Restored my faith in this dealership! Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

As a former secret shopper, I value customer service "Hiley"! After having shopped around multiple car dealerships within the past month or so, I am impressed with attention to detail and Ralphael's desire to meet our specific needs. We were surprised to hear of the fifteen hundred dollar reconditioning fee, but appreciated Eric's detailed explanation. We are still looking but hope the best value will eventually be found at Hiley Acura.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.
