Acura of Brookfield's service department does a great job to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. As they work on your car they continue to update you until the work has been completed. While you are waiting they have snacks, coffee and other drinks hot and cold available. Their wating area is very nice.

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

I bought my 2011 MDX used with $120,000 Mi on it. I've had it almost 3 years and it now has 244,000 Mi on it and it's still going. With regular maintenance and keeping up with the oil changes the car has lasted exceptionally well. I'm very surprised at Acura and the reliability of the MDX. Like I said though regular maintenance is essential and I do not put nothing in it but premium gas. I've owned different cars of my life but the MDX I like the most. The one thing I do notice is it's not fast enough for me. It's still got enough pep to get you where you need to go but you still look good doing it without the compromise of comfort.

I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. I'm at 150K miles, bought this car used and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid, reliable SUV. I change the oil every 2,500-3,000 miles, that is just a quirk with these cars. I took off a star for comfort because I absolutely hate the headrests! A small thing to be sure, but I don't like how far forward they lean, and they only adjust up or down.

We recently leased a new 2020 MDX from Acura Brookfield. Keith Cohen was our sales person and we couldn't be more pleased and happy with how he handled things. We have dealt with Keith on our last 4 cars 3 leases and 1 purchase and keep going back to him because we feel he always has our best interest in mind and is continually working with us to get the best deal and to make sure it fits into our budget. I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

We have an MDX, bought at another dealership out of state. Brookfield Acura has always treated us great. Very little has gone wrong with our MDX, great product! We did have an extended service warranty. Gary flagged us with a possible problem, watched it for several months then recommended fixing the problem before it got severe and the warranty ran out. Best service and recommend them highly!!

I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

This car is great, dependable, a little luxury without being a snob. High quality level. A couple rattles were fixed with no complaints. I will say it occasionally has a 'hesitation' in the transmission on a cold motor, but it would not keep me from buying Acura again.

They gave us time to browse the cars and were very pleasant. My daughter was running around in the lobby just having a great time.

One of the best AWD systems available. Suspension is great. Very comfortable seats and high tech info center. Plenty of room and stylish exterior. Little maintenance required

I had moved away from Acura after I sold my 2006 RL. Unreliable, squeaks from plastics, leather would bubble from places etc. Bought a Lexus GX470 and the difference was day and night. Most reliable car I had ever owned and the built quality is out this world. Kept it for about 7 years and needed an upgrade. Test drove the MDX and it was nothing like the RL. Build quality is excellent, no squeaks and rattles from anywhere - has 60k on the clock. Ride not no where near Lexus but if is definitely much more sporty and zippy. If you are looking for an affordable suv I would recommend test drive.

I recently went in for an oil. Changed. Taylor was my service agent. She has been wonderful in the past and she did not disappoint. Today. She noticed that the rear wiper was missing from the car, something which I had neglected to mention. It had come off during a visit to a car wash. She was able to get a replacement and at a very good price as well. Taylor is my go-to person whenever I need any servicing at Wilde!!

My wife wanted a luxury SUV and so wanted reliability and great performance I’m Minnesota snow. We agree this is the best vehicle we have ever owned. Also, Bloomington Acura provides a superb, flawless experience every time we visit for oil changes.

For several years recently, I was taking my GM product to a younger great mechanic who had his own shop. His expertise was perfect and was very reasonably priced. His schedule soon got pretty heavy and I needed something done sooner rather than later - he recommended EVS in Saukville. Turns out he was trained at that EVS. I've been going to that EVS ever since. Mechanics are awesome! Service advisor wonderful! Cashier and office staff are the best! Customer satisfaction totally great! 217,000 miles and going strong. Comfort with just enough get up and go! 0-60 in 6.1 seconds... 9 speed transmission is new in the 2016 model, may take some getting used to. Fuel economy is online with other SUV's in this class. Comfort, tech and class wrapped up in a nice little package!

I bought this car used in 2013 with 17,000 miles. Late 2024 it started using oil. I decided to get rid of it before it started having a lot of problems. 159,000 miles I sold it. It was needing 2 quarts of oil every 5000 miles. I did not investigate why the oil consumption was happening. Prior to the oil issue I had no problems at all. I did all of the recommended maintenance. I loved this car. Best car I ever had. I was sad to get rid of it.

I wanted to thank the Acura of Brookfield service department, namely Gary, for troubleshooting my 2001 Integra GSR. Yes, the car is getting long in the tooth and the parts hard to find. In response to a misfire code, my local car shop had started down the list. Because replacing the spark plugs and wires did not do the trick, they moved on to the distributor cap (another fail) and then the rest of the distributor as the next targets. Except they gave up on looking for the distributor after the one they ordered did not fit. I did hunt down an original dizzy for a good penny from Japan for them to install, yet the misfire code kept coming back. Next stop, the engine computer? Actually no, my next stop was where I should have gone to start with, Acura of Brookfield. Gary’s crew checked out the car, diagnosed those brand new spark plugs as not fitting the engine right, and had me on my way in a much zippier Integra without the misfire and with a fuel additive recommendation, for way less than replacing the perfectly good engine computer with all the reprogramming headaches would have cost me. Many thanks to you, Gary, I know what to do next time! (And my Scottie is looking forward to meeting Adam again.)

After a horrible experience at another nearby dealer, we had the opposite experience at Acura of Brookfield. Denver Bramel was our sales consultant. He was wonderful! Very patient and NO PRESSURE. At no time did some sales manager come and try to “talk us into” buying a car, nor play any games like other dealers do. We ended up purchasing our car here and are so glad we did.

This is a very quality car with plenty of leg room. I love the interior and it drives well. Has a lot of charging port and the audio is supereb.
