We had a great experience. All of the staff that we encountered (sales, finance, services & parts) were professional, friendly, and service oriented. They were happy to answer all my questions about buying, driving, and maintaining an electric car. I was so relaxed, I suppose I forgot to do the normal due diligence for buying a used car. But in retrospect, I don???t mind at all. We got a wonderful certified preowned vehicle with a great warranty.
Transmission has Issue that Acura will not Correct

Does not meet the standards expected from a high end $50k vehicle. Transmission is poor quality and the overall ride of rough. My 2001 Acura 3.2 TL is more reliable and has a better ride.
Elizabeth Yoo was courteous, professional, honest, answered all of our questions, and made our experience at Kendall smooth and stress free. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Kendall to our acquaintances.

Have had to have it towed 3 times to dealer due to transmission problems. 2nd tow had new transmission put in with less than 5,000 miles on it. Transmission warning light came on again for a 3rd time and had to have it towed. Now waiting, while driving a rental, to see what Acura company is going to do about it. Very sad that this could happen with a new car. Wife likes the car but has fears when driving it that it’ll break down. The car has nice features but just isn’t very safe when transmission warning lights come on and tell you to pull over immediately and don’t drive it. Especially if it happens in a dark seedy area which is exactly what happened to my wife the 1st time.

A very pleasant experience in my search for another vehicle. The salesman was most informative and generously afforded me different options for vehicles available. Ability to work with me if financing the vehicle would be an option; or if I was considering paying cash. A delightful endeavor in searching for the right Chevrolet Impala, one of my favorite vehicles.

I cant find 25 words but I will say the car is reliable for the most. Yes! Its reliable, good space, but maintenance can be a bear. But for the perks its worth every cent.
Since I purchased this car new the blue tooth, nav technology options have not worked. I have had the sales person and service manager tell me that I don't sit close enough to the microphone, that the technology isn't the best, that its complicated ...but bottom line is phone call doesn't work, blue tooth doesn't work. Nav thinks I am in cities 100s of miles away. I have gone in numerous times. Would not purchase this vehicle again or deal with this dealership again ever.
Overall great experience at Kendall Honda - my 2nd purchase from them. Leo did a great job working with me.

Able to hold up to 7 passengers, the MDX offers quiet luxury and reliable performance. It had all the accouterments one could ask for, and provided a steady and solid ride. Repairs were minimal - and reasonable.
