I purchased a used car today, and it was an incredibly easy and completely satisfactory experience. I had already done research on the car, which was very reasonably priced, and was inclined to buy it pending anything out oof the ordinary with a test drive. Virginia Ramey set me up so quickly withthe test drive, with the car out front by the time that I arrived. I was happy with the drive, and everything then proceeded smoothly and quickly thanks to Virginia and the sales team. No weird extras were thrown in, and I was literally off the lot with the car within 90 minutes of showing up for the test drive. Kudos to the team!

Ed Martin Acura Indianpolis could not have been a smoother experience for me. I was greeted within 30 seconds by Aaron Smith and helped for the next four hours until my purchase of the TLX. Not only did Aaron answer any question we had, he seemed to know everything about the cars available, provided ample help when needed, and made us feel at home in the store. We had been shopping around for a newer used car so knew exactly what we wanted. After visiting several dealers who were more than dishonest with us, we ended up at Unlimited in Elwood. It was so refreshing to deal with honest people, Duane and Mike, who answered all our questions without any BS. There was an issue with the car we wanted, which was known, and they worked with us to get it repaired. The only negative was that the car was originally on their Noblesville lot and in the change, the 2nd key couldn't be found. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer for its honest and easy to work with salesmen, clean showroom, and professionalism!
