My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

Purchased a 2016 bmw 228i in Sept of '21. I've had this for 2 years now, and NO ISSUES! 2 weeks after I purchased the car, the front brakes didn't sound right. They replaced the pads and rotors, at no charge! A relaxed and exellent experience.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

Overall, a good honest dealership. I had a predefined monthly spending limit and Josh worked his magic and got me the monthly payment to meet that number. His can-do attitude made this deal happen and got us the car. The finance manager Alex was also a pleasure to work with and made our car buying experience much less painful that I have experienced in past years with other dealers. There is no pressure from the sales team to buy and were up front with everything. No hidden agenda. I would recommend buying new or used vehicles from this dealer without hesitation and for that I’m giving them 5 out of 5 stars.

Got used in mid 2025, 12 years old. I would rather drive a more modern car on the road, expressway or trip. I love this car around town, it has been wonderful. I am totally impresssed.

I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

Alex excellent salesperson very patience and honest. The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

This vehicle is great! Well taken care of third-row a/c is missing which is a disappointment in the comfort category but we are very happy

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

I bought this car used in 2013 with 17,000 miles. Late 2024 it started using oil. I decided to get rid of it before it started having a lot of problems. 159,000 miles I sold it. It was needing 2 quarts of oil every 5000 miles. I did not investigate why the oil consumption was happening. Prior to the oil issue I had no problems at all. I did all of the recommended maintenance. I loved this car. Best car I ever had. I was sad to get rid of it.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Bought my 2018 MDX from Hendrick Acura Charlotte and love it so much I'm looking to upgrade to a newer model. I kept up with all the maintenance and never had any issues at all. Acura is a good solid car!

I bought my 2011 MDX used with $120,000 Mi on it. I've had it almost 3 years and it now has 244,000 Mi on it and it's still going. With regular maintenance and keeping up with the oil changes the car has lasted exceptionally well. I'm very surprised at Acura and the reliability of the MDX. Like I said though regular maintenance is essential and I do not put nothing in it but premium gas. I've owned different cars of my life but the MDX I like the most. The one thing I do notice is it's not fast enough for me. It's still got enough pep to get you where you need to go but you still look good doing it without the compromise of comfort.

Dylan was friendly and professional and upfront with out-the-door pricing. My daughter's car died and was unfixable. We needed something affordable and quick. Dylan showed us a number of great cars and let us test drive everything we wanted. My daughter loves her choice. Dylan made it happen and was awesome to work with. Excellent. I bought this car used with about 20,000 miles. I've had it ever since, now has 147,000 miles. I have never had more than minor repairs: burned out bulbs, hood support struts. I have done all the preventative maintenance at a dealer, Honda or Acura. I have no plans to replace this car. It is one of the best cars I have ever owned. Only thing I don't like is that the rear seat doesn't fold completely flat and it requires Premium gas

A year ago i manifested in getting a 2020 MDX. Wanted black but then months ago i test drove a used dark grey one from a used car dealership in Watertown. Test drove and didn’t like it. Overall great vehicle. Bought with tech. Package couple grand. Navigation programming too complicated due to go through procedures. Really did not need tech. Package. Would not buy tech again. Don’t use most of the elements provided.

I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

I have a 2018 Acura MDX tech pkg. Since day one I have had NO issues with my MDX. The seats are very comfortable the ride is very smooth . I took my MDX to Florida and back to NY with NO problems. The only thing that takes a little getting use to is the transmission. "TIP: If you ever have driven a standard shift vehicle than you would have no issues with this transmission . My MDX handle’s great has plenty get up and go I have NO problem getting on the highway . I get 22 MPG on the highway . So I am VERY satisfied with my purchase . I find that a lot of people have problems with the MDX because they the main switch on all the time. and as far as the MDX stopping automatically , you can change the follow distance , and if you are riding too close to another Vehicle and your vehicle stops than maybe you should give a little more distance .

We had been researching and reviewing cars for a while. When we walked into Key Hyundai of Manchester, took a Tuscon 2023 for a test drive, well, that was the end of our search. My 2012 MDX was bought used with 94k miles. Since then I have driven 90k more in it and it has been fairly reliable with regular maintenance. The starter went out at 170k miles, cv joint needed to be replaced at 150k, tie rods and bearings at 140k, and 2 sets of tires as it likes to eat through them fairly quickly the way I drive. The only major issue that is causing me to sell it is the oil consumption issues that many of these are plagued with. 1 qt every 800 miles now. The performance and handling is what I have come to expect from Honda vehicles. This being my 6th Honda/Acura. With that being said, this has been the one in the shop the most out of all of them including a 1976 Honda CB750 motorcycle. Only advice would be to skip the second gen MDX and go for the 3rd gen or newer.

back seats comfortable enough for trips above 3 hours It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!
