First time at this dealership as it is a bit further from where we live (Lakeville). However, Jason Newton was quick to assist us with the vehicle we were coming to view. He was very courteous and helpful in expediting everything from the test drive, the follow-up, and facilitating the vehicle purchase at the end of the day. Jason was incredible to work with. He was very helpful and considerate of our kids (chairs, snacks, etc.) and exhibited the utmost level of helpfulness and hospitality. We will definitely recommend our friends and family to him the next time they are in the market for a new or used vehicle within the Luther network of cars. Lisa finalized the sales process with us. Unlike some that we've dealt with in the past (at other dealerships), Lisa was outstanding. No pressure, no frills, and was terrific in explaining all of the costs and fees to us. As a matter of fact, she was able to obtain an even more favorable interest rate from a competitive credit union that we proceeded to use for the auto loan. No hassle, no frills, and transparent in the available optional add-ons. Overall, solid 10/10 experience. We will definitely be back and recommend others! Well worth the drive down from the Twin Cities surrounding area.

Good power and that’s basically the only thing this car has to offer.
I had 2015 Pilot before, thinking that going to MDX was an upgrade. In reality not so much.
Interior is cramped. No window opening in the back tailgate. Not much storage in it vs Pilot.
Bunch of electric issues. I work in IT for a living but I tell you this car has too many buttons in console. Turning on AC is like launching space rocket. Overall bad interior design all together.
Another issue is sluggish transmission. In a parking lot or a mall going to reverse and forward just drive you crazy.
For the money this car cost, there are better options out there.
Excellent service from Dennis Thompson when I brought in our Accord for a 120K check-up. He was very organized, explained everything clearly, and followed-up to ensure all the work was completed in a timely fashion. Thank you Dennis!
I wish I could give more stars!!! I'm blown away. My engine light came on on my way home from work. Because it was late, the service desk was already closed. An angel of a person from the sales floor stayed to check out my car. He completely filled up my windshield fluid. The next morning, he picked my car up from my work location and dropped off a loan car. The dealership ran a diagnostic (turned out to be exactly what the salesman thought was the issue). They fixed it, changed my oil ... and even took my car to the car wash before bringing it back!!! It took only a few hours. I have never had such good service in my life. The company, employees and the service is top-notch. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve had this MDX for 3 years. It has never let me down. If you keep up with maintenance, it will always be there for you. I am religious about changing the fluids on my 2013 MDX. She runs like a new car. I plan on keeping her for at least 5 more years and hopefully longer. She’s 6 years old now and really showing no signs of aging. I absolutely love my Acura MDX.
I called to schedule a service appointment for my Honda Civic and I am pleased to say that I am so grateful it was answered by Steven Peters. I told him exactly what I was in need of and he had it configured and quoted within minutes. The day & time I needed to come in was available & I had the comfort of knowing I was able to get a ride to work and back to the Service Station after work. When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by Steven and his expertise made me feel at ease. I was called later that day to say that my car was taken care of and that everything went well. When I went to pick up my car, Steven went through every detail of the service and answered all of my questions. He took time to go through everything & made sure I had all discounts that could be applied. Being a single mother, my car is a necessity and I wanted it well taken care of....which happened at Tom Kadlec and the assistance of Steven Peters. Thank you!

Why such a poor ride

I have driven cars and big trucks for 30 years, 17 mdx top of the line has the worst ride. I want to turn this back in , for my 04 grand caravan or 87 sentra. It’s AC and seats are great. This is the first car that has ever made me seasick with bouncing and pitching. I drove others, they were not this bad. Will go to the third dealer to see if they can fix. Also, the single reason I won’t buy an acura??? Unless bought at that dealer, the dealer staff does not want to help even if you have a $ 60 k mdx and got service their. Lexus has staff specifically to help with whom you can appt or just walk in. Why has Honda allowed this in Acura ??? I want to support Honda and Acura, but if I need a little help, their dealers should spend a little time
Tom is very knowledgeable with the inventory at kuehn motors. He was set out to sell the car and helped make it happen. i would recommend anyone coming here and talking to tom or katie

This is a great car , very nice with the styling performance is pretty good with the 6 in it and also gas miles are not bad
I was traveling through MN from CT to MT, and developed a problem in my van. Ryan S got right on the problem, and Brandon K diagnosed and repaired quickly and very reasonably. The family was able to enjoy the wifi and coffee while they did the work, and the people were wonderfully nice. I was expecting to get a very big bill and a very long time, but was out in 1/4 the time I expected, with a bill 1/4 of what I expected. Can't say enough about the honesty and empathy extended to some desperate travelers. If it were not 1,302 miles from home, I would definitely be back for my next service.
