I bought this car used in 2013 with 17,000 miles. Late 2024 it started using oil. I decided to get rid of it before it started having a lot of problems. 159,000 miles I sold it. It was needing 2 quarts of oil every 5000 miles. I did not investigate why the oil consumption was happening. Prior to the oil issue I had no problems at all. I did all of the recommended maintenance. I loved this car. Best car I ever had. I was sad to get rid of it.

Excellent. I bought this car used with about 20,000 miles. I've had it ever since, now has 147,000 miles. I have never had more than minor repairs: burned out bulbs, hood support struts. I have done all the preventative maintenance at a dealer, Honda or Acura. I have no plans to replace this car. It is one of the best cars I have ever owned. Only thing I don't like is that the rear seat doesn't fold completely flat and it requires Premium gas

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

As a first-time car buyer, I did extensive research as well as visit several dealerships in multiple different areas. this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

I'm at 150K miles, bought this car used and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid, reliable SUV. I change the oil every 2,500-3,000 miles, that is just a quirk with these cars. I took off a star for comfort because I absolutely hate the headrests! A small thing to be sure, but I don't like how far forward they lean, and they only adjust up or down.

I bought my 2011 MDX used with $120,000 Mi on it. I've had it almost 3 years and it now has 244,000 Mi on it and it's still going. With regular maintenance and keeping up with the oil changes the car has lasted exceptionally well. I'm very surprised at Acura and the reliability of the MDX. Like I said though regular maintenance is essential and I do not put nothing in it but premium gas. I've owned different cars of my life but the MDX I like the most. The one thing I do notice is it's not fast enough for me. It's still got enough pep to get you where you need to go but you still look good doing it without the compromise of comfort.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

We recently purchased a used Sonata at Voss Hyundai. The overall experience was EXCELLENT! Our salesman Bob Redick was very knowledgeable and helpful with no high pressure as experienced at other dealerships. They held the car we selected for 3 days while we looked at other cars and made our decision. I will happily recommend Voss Hyundai to friends and family.

This car is great, dependable, a little luxury without being a snob. High quality level. A couple rattles were fixed with no complaints. I will say it occasionally has a 'hesitation' in the transmission on a cold motor, but it would not keep me from buying Acura again.

My 2012 MDX was bought used with 94k miles. Since then I have driven 90k more in it and it has been fairly reliable with regular maintenance. The starter went out at 170k miles, cv joint needed to be replaced at 150k, tie rods and bearings at 140k, and 2 sets of tires as it likes to eat through them fairly quickly the way I drive. The only major issue that is causing me to sell it is the oil consumption issues that many of these are plagued with. 1 qt every 800 miles now. The performance and handling is what I have come to expect from Honda vehicles. This being my 6th Honda/Acura. With that being said, this has been the one in the shop the most out of all of them including a 1976 Honda CB750 motorcycle. Only advice would be to skip the second gen MDX and go for the 3rd gen or newer.

I purchased my MDX 2008 Tech new and have enjoyed it from first day to present! I currently have 200,000 miles and it still runs like new and really looks outstanding! Sometime after January 2023, will pass it to my Grandson to take with him to Virginia Tech, starting his Freshman Class September 2023! I’m sure that it will hold up nicely during his 4 years there! Best dependable vehicle! ❤️ Looking @ BMW X5 but disappointed with dependability reviews so plan to stay with MDX Aspect/Advance 2023!

Bought my 2007 Toyota Tundra CrewMax from Bryan almost 3 years ago now. Since the purchase, I have basically put 52K miles on it and had no issues with the vehicle other than routine maintenance. I felt Bryan was honest and straight forward in his dealings and would buy from him again if the need and vehicle arises. Was overall a very pleasant and low-pressure buying experience.

The Acura MDX is the standard for luxury, performance and practicality in an SUV. You may find examples that are better in one thing, but none match it for having all three. It’s value for what you get is tough to match. I love to drive, but need to seat seven. The MDX doesn’t make you pay for utility with a boring ride. It’s a big boy, but very sure footed and quick, belying its size. And of course, it’s made by Honda, so you know the quality and reliability is there.

Worked with me on my trade and working a good deal but could not finalize the deal because I was leaving on cruise and decided a trade was not in my best interest! If the car is still available when I return we will pick up and see if we can put a deal I. Place!

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.
